    摘要: A motor vehicle body structure has a vertically oriented front door latch pillar. The pillar is formed of a light metal alloy. The pillar has an upper end joined to a side roof rail and a lower end joined to a side sill. At a transition point between the upper and lower ends, the pillar defines a boundary between an upper structure portion and a lower structure portion. The upper structure portion extends between the upper end and the predetermined point. The lower structure portion extends between the predetermined point and the lower end. The upper and lower structure portions implement reinforcement and deformation permission measures, respectively.

The floor structure 1 has a floor body 3 formed with generally-uniform sections in a vehicle's fore-and-aft direction, a dash cross member 11 connected with a front end of the floor body 3 and a rear cross member 13 connected with a rear end of the floor body 3. A side sill 5 is arranged on one side of the floor structure 1. A pillar 21 is connected with the side sill 5 through its lower end 21a. In the structure, a strength adjusting part 29 is formed in the side sill 5, for adjusting the strength of the side sill 5 in local. When the vehicle has a frank collision, the strength adjusting part 29 operates to reduce a collision reactive force generated on the side of the lower end 21a of the pillar 21 in comparison with the collision reactive force generated besides the lower end 21a of the pillar 21.

    摘要: Provided is a cancer evaluation method using a novel cancer marker for evaluating the onset, the preclinical stage, the clinical stage, or the prognosis of a cancer in a subject. At least one miRNA selected from hsa-miR-92 and hsa-miR-494 is used as the novel cancer marker in cancer evaluation. The cancer marker in a sample of a cell or a tissue is detected, and the possibility of a cancer in the sample is evaluated based on the expression level of the cancer marker. According to this evaluation method, by detecting the miRNA as the cancer marker, it becomes possible to evaluate the possibility of a cancer in the sample with excellent reliability. As a method for detecting the cancer marker, it is preferable to perform an in situ hybridization method using a labeled probe with respect to the sample that has been immobilized, for example.
