摘要： It is an object of the present invention to make it easy to diffuse phosphorus into a silicon film and allow the phosphorus diffusion concentration to be easily controlled by varying the timing at which the dopant gas is allowed to flow. A silicon wafer 10 on whose surface an amorphous silicon film 12 has been formed is placed in a diffusion furnace. After this, phosphine (PH3) or a mixed gas containing phosphine is allowed to begin flowing over the wafer 15 and the phosphorus is diffused into the silicon film 12 before the amorphous silicon film 12 crystallizes and changes into a polysilicon film.

摘要： A connector which, when two contacts contact a connection object at positions different from each other in the insertion/extraction direction of the connection object, suppresses deflection of the connection object without increasing a pressing member size. The connector configured so, when the pressing member is rotated to a closed position, a pressing plate is brought into surface contact with the other thickness direction surface of a flexible circuit while pressed by a pressing member pressing portion, and a range including the contact positions between the flexible circuit and first and second contacts is pressed from the side of the other thickness direction surface of the flexible circuit via the pressing plate, so one thickness direction surface of the flexible circuit is brought into press-contact with the first and second contacts. Deflection of the flexible circuit is suppressed by the pressing plate, and the pressing member size need not be increased.

摘要： To provide a connector with which a terminal can be easily connected to a substrate without soldering. A connector (10) is configured such that a contact portion (13b) formed at a terminal (13) so as to be elastically deformable in the vertical direction is brought into contact with the upper surface of an LED substrate (3) and is thereby made conductive with the LED substrate (3), and such that a locking portion (14c) of each of locking members (14) is locked to the lower surface of a mounting substrate (4), and thereby the contact portion (13b) of the terminal (13) is held in a state of being in press-contact with the upper surface of the LED substrate (3). Thereby, the terminal (13) can be easily connected to the LED substrate (3) without soldering, and hence the mounting work of the connector (10) can be performed very easily.

摘要： The invention is directed to an arrangement for sealing a clearance between a cylinder head and a cylinder block of an engine with a metal gasket clamped therebetween. The metal gasket is formed of a metallic base plate which has a plurarity of openings and beads formed therearound. The base plate may include annular shims welded on the base plate around the openings and a resilient sealing member deposited on the base plate surrounding the openings. The gasket may be disposed in such a manner as to place tip ends of the beads toward the cylinder block which causes a smaller displacement relative to the beads in comparison with the cylinder head. The resilient sealing member may be arranged to have a section of different dimension between a portion located at a side facing the beads and other portion at the opposite side thereof, or between a portion located at a junction where two of the beads meet and other portion.
