    摘要: An active material, an electrode, and a battery which exhibit high safety in overcharging tests, and methods of manufacturing them are provided. The active material comprises a first metal oxide particle 1 and a second metal oxide particle group 2 attached to a surface of the first metal oxide particle 1. The second metal oxide is at least one selected from the group consisting of zirconia, silica, and tin oxide. The first metal oxide particle 1 contains fluorine atoms from its surface to deepest part.

    摘要: A method for effecting a measurement of the unbalance of a small weight rotor body such as a impeller or turbine wheel for a turbo-charger in an internal combustion engine. A shaft, on which the rotor body is inserted and which is on both ends thereof supported on a pair of bearing units, is rotated while the rotor body is held on the shaft under an elastic frictional force. The unbalance is at every angular position of the rotor body measured during the rotation of the shaft.
