Abstract:
The rotating electrical machine of the present invention includes a stator coil obtained by curing the impregnating resin injected into the whole stator coil unit after an electrically insulated coil unit with a mica tape having been wrapped around a conductor is slotted into stator iron core slots via a slot liner. The high-heat-resistance resin component of the slot liner contains at least an epoxy resin having 3 or more epoxy groups. The high-heat-resistance resin component of the mica tape contains at least an alicyclic epoxy resin. The impregnating resin contains a bifunctional epoxy resin, and an acid curing agent having one acid anhydride skeleton. With the impregnating resin, the high-heat-resistance resin components of the slot liner and the mica tape form a liner cured portion and a mica insulating layer portion as an integral unit of different resin compositions inside the slot.

The present invention aims to provide a dynamo-electric machine allowing high-voltage resistance, high-heat resistance, and stress resistance to improve. The object can be attained by providing a dynamo-electric machine having a stator or a rotor including a wound coil, a slot core containing the wound coil, a first insulant arranged around the wound coil and mainly formed of an inorganic material, and a second insulant arranged between the inorganic insulant and the slot core and mainly formed of an organic material.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dry mica tape, and an electrically insulated coil using the same, and a electrical rotating machine using the same, with reduced amount of VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) generated during manufacturing thereof, while both of excellent impregnation property and excellent heat resistance are achieved. The dry mica tape, and the electrically insulated coil using the same, and the electrical rotating machine using the same, the dry mica tape including mica, a substrate, an adhesive which glues the mica and the substrate together, in which the adhesive includes unsaturated polyester compound which has a reactive double bond.

Provided is a rotating electrical machine coil in which an ununiform bulge of the rotating electrical machine coil protruded outside from the core is suppressed. A rotating electrical machine coil, provided by receiving the rotating electrical machine coil in a core of a rotating electrical machine and performing impregnation with insulating resin and curing of the insulating resin, includes: a plurality of coil conductors; and an insulating tape wound around the coil conductors a plurality of times to form an insulating layer, in which the insulating layer corresponding to at least a part of the coil conductors protruded from the core is provided so that a part of the wound insulating tape is adhered. A production method of a rotating electrical machine coil includes: a first winding step for forming an insulating layer by winding an insulating tape around a plurality of coil conductors at least once; and a second winding step for forming an insulating layer by winding the insulating tape around the insulating layer that has been formed in the first winding step and is a layer in which an adhesive member is applied or attached to at least a part protruded from the core.
