摘要: The invention relates to a curable two- or multi-part composition with (a) optionally an at least bifunctional epoxy-containing compound; (b) an at least bifunctional nitrogen-based curing agent suitable for epoxy curing; (c) a radiation-curable hybrid compound having both one or more radiation-curable methacrylate groups and one or more epoxy groups; (d) a radical photoinitiator; (e) optionally an accelerator for epoxy curing, and (f) optionally further additives. In addition, the invention relates to a method for the bonding, casting, molding or coating of substrates using the composition.

摘要: A resin composition has a viscosity of equal to or less than about 20 mPa·s at a temperature in a range of about 30° C. to about 50° C. as measured according to JIS Z8803, a storage modulus in a range of about 1.7×105 Pa to about 3×105 Pa at about −20° C., and a storage modulus in a range of about 1.5×104 Pa to about 6×104 Pa at about 25° C. An adhesive member formed of the resin composition is also provided.

摘要: The process for the manufacture of an auto-oxidatively cross-linking hybrid polymer, in particular an aqueous hybrid polymer dispersion, comprises the step of reacting in a mini-emulsion process one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers to form an addition polymer in the presence of a modified auto-oxidatively crosslinkable (AOC) polymer which has been modified with terminal unsaturated groups of the formula —C(R1)═CH2 wherein R1 is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl and wherein the AOC polymer is a hydrophobic polymer having an acid number between 5 to 30. The resulting aqueous hybrid polymer dispersion can be used for the manufacture of coating compositions, ink compositions or adhesives and coating compositions comprising the hybrid polymer dispersion as a binder.

摘要: The present invention provides a gasket comprising an adhesive sheet and a substrate sheet laminated on one surface of the adhesive sheet, which shows a distortion recovery rate according to the following compression distortion recovery test (I) of not less than 40%: Compression distortion recovery test (I): A 10 mm flat square sample is heated to 80° C., under which conditions a load is applied to compress the sample in the thickness direction such that the thickness thereof becomes 75% of the total thickness of the sample before loading, the load is lifted, the total thickness of the sample is measured 3 hr after unloading, and a distortion recovery rate is calculated according to the following formula: distortion recovery rate (%)=(total sample thickness 3 hr after unloading−(total sample thickness before compression×0.75))/(total sample thickness before compression×0.25)×100.

摘要: Non-silicone, urethane-based adhesives are disclosed which are prepared by the polymerization of reactive oligomers with the general formula X-A-B-A-X, where X is an ethylenically unsaturated group B is a unit free of silicone, and A is a urethane linkage. The adhesives are optically clear, self wetting and removable. Adhesive articles, including optical adhesive articles, may be prepared using the disclosed non-silicone urethane-based adhesives.

摘要: [Problem] To provide a composite film having light-curing property and weather resistance.[Means for solving] A composite film is one that comprises at least a urethane polymer, wherein both an initial b* value of the composite film measured by a spectrocolorimeter (value at an angle of 15 degrees) and a b* value after performing an accelerated weathering test for 120 hours (value at an angle of 15 degrees) are 4.0 or less, and a non-volatile component after heating the composite film at 130° C. for two hours is 96% or more.

摘要: Provided are a vinyl monomer-grafted alkoxysilane-modified oxyalkylene resin which is useful as a raw material for a modified silicone based elastic adhesive and excellent in storage stability and adhesiveness and furthermore, cures with moisture excellently within a short time period, a production method for the resin, and a curable composition containing the resin. Specifically disclosed is a vinyl monomer-grafted alkoxysilane-modified oxyalkylene resin, which is produced by a method including grafting of a vinyl monomer by using an oxyalkylene based polymer as a raw material, in which the vinyl monomer includes a vinyl monomer containing 50 wt % or more of one or more of kinds of (meth)acrylic monomers, and the vinyl monomer is subjected to a graft reaction by using an alkyl peroxide as a radical reaction initiator.

摘要: The invention relates to a moisture-crosslinkable polyurethane adhesive which comprises: a) 70 to 95% by weight of a polyurethane prepolymer obtained by polyaddition of polyols to diisocyanates trimerized as isocyanurates and, b) 5 to 30% by weight of an essentially amorphous poly-a-olefin, the content of free NCO groups representing 1 to 20% by weight of the adhesive. The adhesive according to the invention is used for the adhesive bonding of fixing components of the Velcro type to articles intended for hygiene.
