    Abstract: Because an in-cylinder temperature becomes low immediately after cold starting, it is impossible to take large ignition timing retard to avoid combustion instability and it takes time to activate a catalyst existing downstream of an internal combustion engine.The present invention provides an internal combustion engine control apparatus including an ignition timing control unit to control an ignition timing of an ignition device attached to an internal combustion engine. The internal combustion engine control apparatus includes an in-cylinder temperature raising unit that raises an in-cylinder temperature, the in-cylinder temperature is raised by the in-cylinder temperature raising unit, and a retard amount of the ignition timing of the ignition device is increased by the ignition timing control unit.

    Abstract: An object of the invention is to form a highly homogeneous air-fuel mixture which is not influenced by an engine rotation speed. Therefore, the invention provides a fuel injection control device including a cylinder, a first injector disposed at an upper portion of the cylinder in the axial direction and a center portion thereof in the radial direction, an intake valve disposed at an upper portion of the cylinder in the axial direction and an outer portion thereof in the radial direction in relation to the first fuel injection device, and a second injector supplying fuel from an upper portion of the cylinder in the axial direction and at least an outer portion in the radial direction in relation to the intake valve, in which a rotation speed of the engine is high, a fuel supply amount ratio of the first injector with respect to the second injector is controlled to be larger than that of a case where the rotation speed is low.

    Abstract: In a vehicle control device for stopping an internal combustion engine when a vehicle is traveling at a predetermined speed or higher and a stop condition of the internal combustion engine is satisfied, fuel is injected to the engine even when the stop condition is satisfied, when an EGR rate of the internal combustion engine is equal to or higher than a set value. Alternatively, when the EGR rate is equal to or higher than the set value, an EGR valve attached to an EGR pipe of the engine is controlled in a valve closing direction when the stop condition is satisfied. Alternatively, when the EGR rate is equal to or higher than the set value, clutch engagement is maintained for a clutch control device that disconnects torque transmission between an output shaft of the internal combustion engine and a vehicle drive shaft, even when the stop condition is satisfied.

    Abstract: Fuel injection control of an internal combustion engine requires an optimized fuel amount that can be burned completely with oxygen in intake air to be supplied, but the oxygen concentration in the atmospheric air is affected by humidity.By separately calculating a dry air flow rate that directly affects the oxygen amount and a humidity flow rate that is a change factor of the oxygen concentration in the intake air of the internal combustion engine, the fuel can be supplied to the cylinder of the internal combustion engine at an optimized air-fuel ratio. In addition, highly precise control involving EGR for flowback of a part of the exhaust gas flowing in the exhaust pipe to the intake pipe can also be achieved.
