Abstract: The present invention reduces conducted noise of an input current in a power supply device having a plurality of channels at low cost. In a power supply circuit (210) possessed by an autonomous running control ECU, switching circuits 22 respectively generate, on the basis of control signals C, power supplies supplied to a plurality of logic circuits. A transition management unit 25 controls the switching circuits 22. A clock generation unit 26 generates a plurality of clock signals. The transition management unit 25 has a control signal generation unit and a plurality of delay units. The control signal generation unit generates intermediate control signals from the clock signals generated by the clock generation unit 26. The delay units delay the intermediate control signals on the basis of command signals and output the delayed intermediate control signals as the control signals C. The clock signals generated by the clock generation unit include at least one clock signal having a different frequency.

Abstract: A transient increase/decrease of power supplied to a reconfiguration circuit to be a logic circuit whose circuit configuration can be changed is reduced. An autonomous traveling control ECU has a reconfiguration circuit, a function control unit, a power supply circuit, and a power supply control unit. The reconfiguration circuit is a reconfigurable logic circuit. The function control unit determines an operation mode of the reconfiguration circuit on the basis of a mode determination signal and controls a reconfiguration of the reconfiguration circuit on the basis of a determination result. The power supply circuit supplies power to the reconfiguration circuit. The power supply control unit controls the power supply circuit. The power supply control unit 206 controls a load current generated by the power supply circuit before a load variation of the reconfiguration circuit, on the basis of power supply control information to be information for controlling the power supply circuit.

Abstract: A step-up/down power supply, in which a circuit area is small, includes a step-down unit that generates an output voltage lower than an input voltage by turning on or off a step-down switch in which the input voltage of the step-up/down power supply is applied, and a step-up unit that generates an output voltage higher than the input voltage by turning on or off a step-up switch in which a ground is applied. A step-down gate voltage control circuit controls a gate voltage of the step-down switch and includes a gate voltage generating circuit that generates a first voltage and a second voltage for turning on the step-down switch. A gate voltage switching circuit switches between the first voltage and the second voltage, and the gate voltage generating circuit includes a first voltage source that generates the first voltage and a second voltage source that generates the second voltage.

Abstract: Downsizing of an inductor is achieved while reducing radiation noise of an inductor current. A boosting power supply unit is, for example, provided in an ECU mounted in a vehicle or the like. The boosting power supply unit has a boosting coil, a switching element and a current control unit 16. The current control unit 16 controls the switching element 12 to turn on and off by using a clock signal CK1 with a higher frequency than a pulse signal SPL in a clamping period when the inductor current flowing in the boosting coil is clamped at a preset peak setting current, and controls the switching element to turn on and off by using the pulse signal SPL in periods other than the clamping period. By controlling the switching element to turn on and off in this manner, the inductor current flowing in the boosting coil is controlled.

Abstract: A power supply apparatus that can realize ripple reduction, and an electronic control unit including the power supply apparatus are provided. In view of this, a PWM controller generates a PWM signal, and a PFM controller generates a PFM signal having a phase independent of the PWM signal. A level-fixed period generating circuit sets a level-fixed period having a start timing at a selection timing set to an edge of the PFM signal. A mode selecting circuit selects, at the selection timing and as a switching control signal, the PWM signal instead of the PFM signal, and controls a logic level of the switching control signal in the level-fixed period starting at the selection timing, such that the logic level becomes a fixed logic level.
