Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic control unit capable of identifying an abnormality in a power supply voltage without narrowing the operating voltage range, and having minimal effects on cost and the circuit mounting surface area. The ECU includes a microcomputer containing an input terminal VCCin and an input terminal Vrin, a power supply IC that supplies a power supply voltage VCC to the input terminal VCCin, and as a reference-voltage-generator circuit a voltage-divider resistor and a voltage-divider resistor configuring a voltage-dividing circuit that outputs a sub-divided voltage Vc is sub-divided from the power supply voltage VCC, a capacitor coupled at one end to the input terminal Vrin and coupled on at the other end to ground, and a voltage isolation element coupled between the voltage-dividing circuit and the input terminal Vrin.

Abstract: An electronic control unit includes: a wiring substrate having a first surface on which a conductor wire is formed; a first electronic component that is implemented on the first surface of the wiring substrate, and has a large heat generation amount; a second electronic component that is implemented on the first surface of the wiring substrate, and has a heat generation amount smaller than the first electronic component; and a resin that covers the first electronic component, the second electronic component, and the first surface of the wiring substrate, and a second surface of the wiring substrate that is opposite to the first surface. A distance between an outer surface of the resin immediately below the first electronic component, and the second surface of the wiring substrate is longer than a distance between an outer surface of the resin immediately above the second electronic component, and the first surface of the wiring substrate.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a magnet coil drive control device that can efficiently suppress conduction noise while reducing the capacitance of a capacitor. A capacitor and an impedance element are arranged in series on the connecting line connecting the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line of a DC power supply, the connecting line between the capacitor and the impedance element is connected to one end of a magnet coil via a freewheeling diode, and the portion between the freewheeling diode and the one end of the magnet coil is connected to the positive electrode line or the negative electrode line by a switching element. Conduction noise caused by the driving current of the magnet coil can be suppressed by the impedance element, and the capacitance of the capacitor can be further reduced. Accordingly, the magnet coil drive control device can be made smaller in size.

Abstract: The present invention achieves, using simple circuits, timing synchronization among ECUs of an electronic control device which is configured from a driver ECU, a sensor ECU, and an integrated ECU which are connected over a network. This electronic control device is provided with a driver ECU for driving various loads for vehicular control, a sensor ECU for sampling various sensor signals, and an integrated ECU which is connected to the driver ECU and sensor ECU over a network and calculates command values to the various loads in accordance with various sensor data, the electronic control device being characterized in that the driver ECU has timer D for generating internal timing, the sensor ECU has timer S for generating internal timing, and the integrated ECU has timer M serving as a reference for timer D and timer S.

A step-down gate voltage control circuit controls a gate voltage of the step-down switch and includes a gate voltage generating circuit that generates a first voltage and a second voltage for turning on the step-down switch. A gate voltage switching circuit switches between the first voltage and the second voltage, and the gate voltage generating circuit includes a first voltage source that generates the first voltage and a second voltage source that generates the second voltage.

Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining an electronic control device for a vehicular automatic transmission that suppresses sudden acceleration, sudden deceleration, and gear shift shock that occur when the transmission moves into a fail-safe mode due to the electronic control device stopping during a main CPU abnormality. An electronic control device 100 for a vehicular automatic transmission has: a main CPU 3 that performs gear shift control for the vehicular automatic transmission; and a sub-CPU 4 that detects abnormalities in the main CPU 3. When the sub-CPU 4 detects an abnormality in the main CPU 3 while the vehicle is traveling, the sub-CPU 4 stops the gear shift control executed by the main CPU 3.

Abstract: A correct commutation is realized even if a communication error occurs due to a change in an actuator drive current. An electronic control unit that includes a communication section outputting a control signal and that can transmit the control signal to an actuator connected to the electronic control unit via a power line, includes an actuator operation detection section. When the actuator operation detection section detects an actuator operation, the communication section retransmits the control signal at timing of detecting the actuator operation.
