    摘要: Provided is a safety cabinet that prevents oversights in airtightness tests and HEPA filter penetration ratio tests even if a pathogen or the like leaks from a workspace wall surface in the interior of the safety cabinet. The safety cabinet includes: a work surface at the bottom of a workspace; a front panel at the front of the workspace; a work opening section below the front panel; and a first air purification means that filters exhaust air that is air discharged from within the workspace. The safety cabinet is characterized in that the non-workspace sides of a side wall surface and a back wall surface of the workspace are formed by an outer wall of a device with prescribed airtightness performance.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the risk of contamination in a clean air device in which a safety cabinet and clean booths are coupled. To achieve this, a clean air device in which a cabinet and clean booths are coupled, is configured such that the cabinet is equipped with: a work space which is formed on the inner side of a front shutter; and a circulation path which is formed from the lower surface, side surfaces, rear surface of the work space, and an outside portion of the cabinet so as to exhaust the air flowing into the work space. Pass boxes connected to the clean booths are provided to a portion of the side surfaces of the work space.     摘要: Provided are a fan filter unit and a sterilization apparatus capable of shortening a sterilization operation time to be performed at a changeover. The sterilization apparatus has: a working space; a fan filter unit for supplying clean air to the working space; and a sterilizing gas charging unit on the air suction side of the fan filter unit.
