摘要: There is disclosed a solder paste screen printing apparatus and a solder paste screen printing method, in which a force of pressing of a squeegee can be adjusted delicately and accurately so as to effect the printing of solder paste with the optimum pressing force. A squeegee is connected to a lower end of a rod of a cylinder, and a load cell is provided above the rod. A first pressure and a second pressure are applied respectively to an upper chamber and a lower chamber of the cylinder. A load, applied to the load cell, is measured while varying the level of the first pressure, and the pressure measurement for the pressing force is effected in accordance with the measured load. In accordance with this result, the instruction pressure for the cylinder, which is necessary for obtaining the optimum pressing force, is determined, and then the printing of solder paste onto a substrate is started with this instruction pressure.

摘要: The powder paint of the present invention comprises an amino polyester resin and an epoxy compound as essential components and can preferably contain other resins or other compounds, pigments, additives, etc. Said powder paint, when applied to substrate by powder coating methods, provides a tough thermosetting film by means of crosslinking of amino groups of the amino-group-containing polyester resin with epoxy groups of the epoxy compound by baking. The obtained film has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and chemical resistance.

摘要: At the two ends of a pair of clamping members (9a) which sandwich and clamp a board (10) from the Y direction, mask supporting members (9b) forming a rectangle frame are disposed, and a screen mask (12) is supported from below by the mask supporting members (9b) in a state that the board (10) abuts against the under surface of the screen mask (12). A downwards bending of the screen mask (12) can be prevented, and the time and labor of maintenance can be decreased by preventing the deposits of paste on the screen mask (12) that occur due to the bending.

摘要: An object of the invention to provide a screen printing machine allows, during maintenance work for one printing device, the other printing device to continue its screen printing work, and a method for controlling an inside temperature of a screen printing machine. A space surrounded by a base (12) and a cover member (11) is divided into two portions by a partition member (14), and two printing devices (13) are accommodated in two working compartments (15), respectively, which are defined by the base (12), the cover member (11) and the partition member (14), whereby temperature-controlled air is blown into each of the working compartments (15) via an air pipe (71) which branches into two air vents (72) opened to the respective working compartments (15).

摘要: It is possible to obtain a screen printing method that may assure excellent printing qualities since the screen printing method of the present invention includes: (A) sliding a squeegee head with paste stored in the squeegee head on a mask plate, while the past is pressurized, and printing the paste on a substrate through pattern holes of the mask plate, (B) at least one step of (b) separating the squeegee head with the paste stored therein from the mask plate, and (e) sliding the squeegee head on the mask plate for a pre-squeezing purpose before the step (A). The step of separating the squeegee head from the mask plate includes the steps of (1) discontinuing the pressure application to the paste stored in the squeegee head, (2) horizontally moving the squeegee head by a predetermined distance while the bottom end portion of the squeegee head is abutted on the mask plate in a state of the pressure application being discontinued, and (3) moving the squeegee head upward off from the mask plate. In the step of pre-squeezing includes the steps of (1) pressurizing the paste stored in the squeegee head in a state of the squeegee head being abutted on the mask plate, and (2) horizontally moving the squeegee head while the bottom end portion of the squeegee head is abutted on the mask plate in a state of the paste being pressurized.

摘要: In a telephone system, a memory dial mode is set by operating a mode key of a radio telephone, and then a selection key is manipulated to select a public telephone number of an opposite (called) radio telephone. Thereafter, when a dialing key is operated, a dialing output process to the public telephone number selectively displayed on a LCD (liquid crystal display) unit is performed. When a telephone ending key is operated while a telephone line is not connected, a private telephone number of the radio telephone previously stored into a RAM is displayed on the LCD unit. Subsequently, when the dialing key is operated, another dialing output process to the private telephone number displayed on the LCD unit is executed.

摘要: When reception of engine rotating speed information from an engine control unit is failed, the control unit puts gear positions belonging to a second gear position group in a non-operable and connected state, and then puts a second clutch into a engaged state to convert a rotating speed of a second input shaft detected by a second rotational sensor into a rotating speed of an engine output shaft. The control unit controls so as to fasten a first clutch based on the converted rotating speed of the engine output shaft, thereby enabling a star of a vehicle.
