摘要: A method of generating access-control lists executable by a system and derived from access-control rules supplied for insuring security of an operation system is presented. The method includes the steps of inputting access-manager-type-group information, access-target-type-group information, and organizational-structure information, inputting access-control rules each comprised of an access-manager type, an access-target type, and an action in order to represent security guidelines of the system, inputting constraint conditions relating to the organizational structure of the system, extracting access managers and access targets from the access-manager-type-group information and the access-target-type-group information, respectively, with respect to the access-manager type and the access-target type included in each of the access-control rules, checking the constraint conditions with regard to all the combinations between the extracted access managers and the extracted access targets, and generating access-control lists comprised of such an access manager, an access target, and an action as to satisfy the constraint conditions.

摘要: In a network management system performing a fault management process in a hierarchical network, an upper layer fault manager performs a fault management of an upper layer of a hierarchical network, a lower layer fault manager performs a fault management of a lower layer of the network, an inter-layer node connecting information storage portion manages connecting information between packet switching nodes composing the upper layer and link offering nodes composing the lower layer, and an inter-layer fault notifying portion notifies the upper layer fault manager, upon receiving a notification of a link fault which has occurred on a link between the link offering nodes from the lower layer fault manager, that the packet switching nodes affected by the fault are faulted, based on the connecting information.

摘要: One output power characteristic curve for supplying constant power is provided with respect to a raging voltage range of a discharge lamp, and in addition, a plurality of output power characteristic curves W1, W2 and W3 are provided with respect to a lamp voltage before the rating voltage range. There is provided minimum lamp voltage detecting means for detecting a minimum lamp voltage after a high intensity discharge lamp shifts to an arc discharge in an event where lamp power is supplied to a high intensity discharge lamp based on any initially set output power characteristic curve after the high intensity discharge lamp is started. As the minimum lamp voltage detected by the minimum lamp voltage detecting means is larger in a predetermined minimum lamp voltage range, any larger output power characteristic curve is reset from the plurality of output power characteristic curves W1, W2 and W3, and subsequent power control is performed.

摘要: A bond between fluoroelastomer and polyamide resin is established by applying a silane-based primer composition to a surface of polyamide resin, heat treating at 100-200° C., applying a liquid fluoroelastomer composition to the primer coat at room temperature to 100° C., and heat curing at 100-200° C. for bonding the fluoroelastomer to the polyamide resin. The bond between fluoroelastomer and polyamide resin is maintained over a long period of time even in transmission oils.

摘要: A receiver receives from a client, a participation request indicating that a delivery of a content is desired. An affiliated group-determining unit determines of which group corresponding to the attribute content the attribute of the user, included in the participation request is affiliated. When the other client corresponds to the same desired content and the same affiliated group as that of the participation request source client, and when the other client is already registered in a client database (DB), an access point-deciding unit decides the registered client as a access point of the participation request source client. When the other client is not registered in the client DB, the access point-deciding unit decides a delivering server as the access point of the participation request source client.
