The present invention provides an evaporation source including: a crucible accommodating a deposition material and having an opening portion through which the deposition material passes; a mesh member installed in the opening portion of the crucible and having a plurality of holes; and thermally conductive balls coated on the mesh member. Here, the thermally conductive balls are provided to cover the deposition material having a predetermined interval with the deposition material, not being mixed with the deposition material filling the crucible.

The medicinal liquid supply apparatus includes: a fixed-type medicinal liquid supply volume controller having a plurality of medicinal liquid branch hoses opened and closed by a controller and a medicinal liquid transfer hose always opened, the medicinal liquid branch hoses and the medicinal liquid transfer hose being connected to an inflow part and an outflow part of a medicinal liquid control line thereof; and an arbitrary medicinal liquid supply volume controller connected to a double medicinal liquid hose having a branch tube connected to the medicinal liquid transfer hose of the fixed-type medicinal liquid supply volume controller, the arbitrary medicinal liquid supply volume controller having a medicinal liquid storing tube for storing the medicinal liquid transferred through the double medicinal liquid hose to arbitrarily and additionally supply the medicinal liquid by a button body.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer blend of cinnamate polymer and polyimide polymer, which are photo-reactive polymers, for preparing liquid crystal alignment layer having a high pretilt angle in photo-alignment, a process for preparing liquid crystal alignment layer by employing the said blend, a liquid crystal alignment layer prepared by the process, and a crystal cell prepared by employing the liquid crystal alignment layer. The polymer blend for preparing liquid crystal alignment layer of the invention comprises 10 to 90% (w/w) of cinnamate polymer and 10 to 90% (w/w) of polyimide polymer. Since the liquid crystal alignment layer prepared by employing the polymer blend of the invention has an excellent alignment property and thermal stability, which makes possible its wide application in the development of liquid crystal displays.
