Abstract: A spatial hierarchical model is built by accepting user input to add and name each of one or more first level spaces at a first level of the spatial hierarchical model and to select a selected one of the first level spaces of the spatial hierarchical model and add and name each of one or more child level spaces that are spatially part of the selected first level space at a second level of the spatial hierarchical model. A graphical representation of one or more of the first level spaces and one or more corresponding child level spaces is displayed along with a listing of at least some of the plurality of building control assets. User input is accepted to assign selected building control assets from the listing of at least some of the plurality of building control assets to a selected child level space.

Abstract: Devices, methods, and systems for monitoring and/or assessing compliance with infectious disease guidance for reducing infectious disease transmissions are described herein. The systems may include sensing devices at or within a facility and computing devices to compare data based on outputs from the sensing devices with guidance and/or recommendations for mitigating infectious disease transmission. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines and measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines, but not measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. The compliance parameters may be individually scored or scored in groups, including the compliance parameters not measureable with outputs from the sensing devices, and a score relative to a facility or group of facilities may be provided. The scores may be presented to via a dashboard.

Abstract: Methods and systems for remote configuration of a building control system into a BMS based system are disclosed herein. One remote management device allowing a remote user to connect a new or legacy system to a BMS network includes a processor and memory, the memory having executable instructions that execute to receive identification information that allow a user on a user device to access a remote management application, send instructions to the gateway device to initiate a discovery protocol at the gateway device to identify any network devices connected to the gateway device, receive data related to each identified network device from the gateway device and create a device profile for each identified network device, initiate a discovery of origination points protocol to discover all origination points for data that are relevant to a particular device of the identified network devices, and update the device profile for that particular device.

Abstract: A spatial hierarchical model provides spatial context to a plurality of building control assets disposed within a plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model. A method includes identifying non-compliance events detected by building control assets disposed at and below a particular hierarchical level of the spatial hierarchical model. The non-compliance events detected by building control assets disposed at and below the particular hierarchical level of the spatial hierarchical model over a period of time are aggregated and a healthy building dashboard that includes a representation of the aggregated non-compliance events for each of at least some of the one or more of the healthy building criteria detected by building control assets disposed at and below the particular hierarchical level of the spatial hierarchical model is generated and is displayed on a display.
