    Abstract: A cell access method and apparatus, and a device. The method includes: obtaining a movement speed of a terminal; determining a signal strength offset value based on the movement speed; obtaining signal strength of a serving cell and signal strength of at least one neighboring cell, where the serving cell is a cell on which the terminal currently camps, and the neighboring cell is a cell in which the terminal can receive a signal; determining whether a sum of signal strength of a first neighboring cell in the at least one neighboring cell and the offset value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold; and if the sum of the signal strength of the first neighboring cell and the offset value is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, accessing, by the terminal, the first neighboring cell.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a channel measurement method and device. A specific solution is as follows: An NR SCG is added to a terminal after the terminal registers with a first cell for the first cell, where the first cell is a long term evolution LTE cell. The terminal registers with the first cell for the second time, where an interval between a time point of registering with the first cell for the second time and a time point of registering with the first cell for the first time is less than or equal to preset duration T. The terminal displays a 5G network icon. Embodiments of this application are used to display a network icon.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a resource allocation method and apparatus, which relate to the field of terminal technologies and are applied to a terminal device. The method includes: A first operation for a terminal device is received. In response to the first operation, the terminal device reports available communication resources to a network device based on at least a quantity of communication cards and a network standard of a network accessed by the communication card. The terminal device determines a target communication card performing a data service, and allocates communication resources to the target communication card. In this way, the terminal device can match proper communication resources for the data service, to improve communication efficiency of a multi-mode multi-card terminal device.

    Abstract: An antenna switching method. When a terminal device is in an idle state, a first target parameter is determined according to signal quality parameters corresponding to downlink signals received by a first quantity of antennas in the terminal device, and some antennas with better signal quality are selected from the first quantity of antennas as first target antennas if the first target parameter is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, to continue to receive, through the first target antennas, downlink signals from a network device. Therefore, signal quality of the downlink signals received by the first target antennas can be better, thereby improving signal quality of the downlink signals finally received by the terminal device, to improve receiving performance of the terminal device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a data transmission apparatus, a processor, and a mobile terminal. The data transmission method includes: determining, by a mobile terminal, whether to use multiple data channels to transmit to-be-transmitted data; if determining to use the multiple data channels to transmit the to-be-transmitted data, selecting, by the mobile terminal, at least two activated data channels for the to-be-transmitted data according to current traffic information and service quality information that are of the multiple data channels; and using, by the mobile terminal, the selected at least two data channels to transmit the to-be-transmitted data. According to the embodiments of the present invention, data transmission efficiency is enhanced, and idleness and a waste of data channel resources are avoided.
