Abstract: A motor rotor includes a wound rotor comprising a rotating shaft, a rotor core, and a plurality of rotor coils. The rotor core is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft, a plurality of winding holes surrounding the rotating shaft are provided at intervals on the rotor core, each winding hole penetrates through two ends that are of the rotor core and that are disposed in an axial direction, each rotor coil is wound on hole walls of two adjacent winding holes, and two adjacent rotor coils share one winding hole. A gap is formed between two adjacent rotor coils, a first shaft hole is formed on the rotating shaft, the gap is configured as a first heat dissipation channel connected to the first shaft hole, and the first heat dissipation channel is used for inflow of coolant in the rotating shaft.

Abstract: An on-board charging apparatus is provided to implement high-power charging. The on-board charging apparatus includes an alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) conversion circuit (AC/DC conversion circuit), a power factor correction (PFC) circuit, and a DC/DC conversion circuit. An alternating current terminal of the AC/DC conversion circuit is connected to an alternating current terminal of the PFC circuit. The AC/DC conversion circuit is configured to: receive a first alternating current voltage at the alternating current terminal of the AC/DC conversion circuit, and convert a first component of the first alternating current voltage into a first direct current voltage. The PFC circuit is configured to: convert a second component of the first alternating current voltage into a second direct current voltage. The DC/DC conversion circuit is configured to: convert the first direct current voltage and the second direct current voltage into a third direct current voltage.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an apparatus that includes a battery, a Direct Current (DC) bus connected to the battery, and a DC to DC converter connected to the battery in parallel with the DC bus. A Motor Control Unit (MCU) is connected between the DC to DC converter and an electric motor. An Alternating Current (AC) port is connected to the electric motor. Switches connect the DC bus and an output of the DC to DC converter in series as an input to the MCU in a drive mode and disconnect the DC bus from the MCU in a charge mode.

Abstract: An electrically excited motor drive system is integrated with an on-board charger (OBC), so that a power supply circuit that is in an electric vehicle and that is configured to drive an electrically excited motor can be integrated with an OBC of a dual active bridge (DAB) type. When a control component controls a switch circuit, the electrically excited motor drive system obtained after integration can separately implement a function of the power supply circuit or a function of the charging circuit in different working modes. In addition, when the electrically excited motor drive system is in different working modes, some circuits are further reused through time division. This addresses a problem that the power supply circuit cannot be integrated with the OBC of the DAB type, to reduce circuit complexity and costs of the electric vehicle.
