    Abstract: An energy storage system includes one or more energy storage unit clusters, and the energy storage unit cluster includes at least two energy storage modules connected in series. The energy storage system further includes a first bus, a second bus, and a centralized monitoring system of the energy storage unit cluster, where the second bus is a direct current bus. The energy storage unit cluster is coupled to the first bus by using a first converter. One energy storage module includes one energy storage element group and one DC/DC converter, and the energy storage element group is coupled to the second bus by using the DC/DC converter. The centralized monitoring system is connected to the energy storage unit cluster through a control bus, and is configured to control a DC/DC converter in any energy storage module in the energy storage unit cluster.

    Abstract: A three-level boost converter and a control method. The three level flying-capacitor boost converter includes: an inductor, a flying capacitor, a controller, a first switching transistor and a second switching transistor as primary power transistors. When a voltage of the flying capacitor is less than or equal to a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor; or when a voltage of the flying capacitor is greater than a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor. The bus voltage is an output voltage Vo of the three-level boost converter.

    Abstract: A DC-DC converter includes: a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first switch device, a second switch device, a third switch device, a fourth switch device, a flying capacitor, where one end of the flying capacitor is coupled to the first intermediate node, the other end of the flying capacitor is coupled the second intermediate node; and the protective circuit, including a clamping unit and a buffering unit, where when a voltage between the positive end of the bus and the negative end of the bus increases, the clamping unit clamps the first switch device to a voltage of the first capacitor, and clamps the fourth switch device to a voltage of the second capacitor, and the buffering unit reduces a current flowing through the clamping unit and the flying capacitor.

    Abstract: This application provides a control method for a switching apparatus. The switching apparatus includes at least two switching devices connected in parallel, a minimum pulse width limit of the first switching device is less than a minimum pulse width limit of the second switching device, and the first switching device and the second switching device are in a turn-off state. The method includes: obtaining on-state holding time of the switching apparatus; controlling the at least two switching devices to remain in a cut-off state when the on-state holding time is less than the minimum pulse width limit of the first switching device; and controlling the first switching device to perform a switching operation when the on-state holding time is greater than or equal to the minimum pulse width limit of the first switching device. The application can reduce a loss of the switching device and reduce output distortion.

    Abstract: This application provides a diode discrete device, a circuit with a bypass function, and a converter. The diode discrete device is used in a circuit with a bypass function, and the diode discrete device includes a discrete device package, a first diode, and a second diode. The first diode is a main circuit diode, the second diode is a bypass diode, first performance of the first diode is better than first performance of the second diode, and the first performance includes a reverse recovery charge and reverse recovery time. The first diode and the second diode are packaged into the discrete device package, and an anode of the first diode is connected to an anode of the second diode, or a cathode of the first diode is connected to a cathode of the second diode. The diode discrete device can improve integration and power density of the circuit.
