Abstract: The application provides a service data splitting method and apparatus. A SeNB receives distributed service data from an MeNB based on a first expected volume of distributed data, and buffers the distributed service data. The SeNB determines a data volume change status of the distributed service data when a preset period expires, where the data volume change status includes a buffered-data volume reduced state, a buffered-data volume accumulated state, and a received-data volume insufficient state. The SeNB adjusts the first expected volume of distributed data based on the data volume change status to obtain a second expected volume of distributed data. and the SeNB sends the second expected volume of distributed data to the MeNB, so that the MeNB performs splitting based on the second expected volume of distributed data.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for adjusting a length of a timer and a base station, where the method includes: detecting whether a quantity of accessing user equipments UE in a cell exceeds a preset quantity threshold; and increasing a length of a Radio Link Control (RLC) timer by a preset increment when the quantity of accessing UEs exceeds the preset quantity threshold. In the embodiments of the present invention, a radio resource waste can be avoided, and a UE call drop risk can be reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an MOCN cell communication method and an apparatus and relates to the communications field, which are used to solve a problem in the prior art that a part of UEs in an MOCN cell cannot correctly display names of their serving communication operators. The method provided by the present disclosure includes: determining the number n of communication operators of an MOCN cell and configuring n BCCHs for the MOCN cell, where the n BCCHs are in one-to-one correspondence with the communication operators and are used to broadcast in the MOCN cell PLMN information of the communication operators; and sending, to UEs in the MOCN cell, PLMN information of serving communication operators of the UEs through the n broadcast control channels. The present disclosure is applicable to the communications field and used to implement MOCN cell communication.
