Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for controlling UE to access a communications network of a high-speed moving vehicle, a core network control plane node device, a base station, UE, and a communications system. The method includes: determining that UE accessing the communications network is first-type UE, allocating a temporary identifier that includes a first sequence to the UE, and sending the temporary identifier to the UE, where when the UE accesses a public network, the first sequence is used to instruct the base station to transfer the UE to the communications network. In the embodiments of the present invention, user experience of the UE is improved.

In a process of implementing CSFB combined registration, an MME of a Long Term Evolution LTE network sends a location area identity LAI to UE, where the LAI includes a PLMN identity of the LTE network, so that after a circuit switched fallback-based voice session ends, the UE preferably returns to the LTE network according to the PLMN identity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for determining gateway information. A first device obtains first information of user equipment, where the first information of the user equipment is used to indicate an area in which the user equipment subscribes to a service, and the first device determines gateway information corresponding to a first domain name, where the first domain name includes the first information of the user equipment. The first domain name includes the first information of the user equipment, and the first information is used to indicate the area in which the user equipment subscribes to the service. Compared with a method in which a number segment is used to generate a domain name, this reduces a quantity of domain names that need to be configured and maintained, and reduces maintenance costs of an operator.

An evolved NodeB (eNodeB) may send a measurement control message to user equipment (UE) when determining that the UE supports a handover from an LTE network to a CS domain of a 2G or 3G network, where the measurement control message carries a first C-DRX parameter and a measurement control parameter, and the first C-DRX parameter and the measurement control parameter are used to instruct the UE to measure signal quality of the 2G or 3G network in a dormant period of a first C-DRX cycle.
