    摘要: A method and system for measuring a service transmission status of a user equipment is provided. A first service station transmits a first data packet for a user equipment; the first service station determines at least one second service station that transmits a second data packet for the user equipment; and the first service station instructs the at least one second service station to measure a service transmission status of the user equipment, where the first data packet and the second data packet are different data packets of a same service of the user equipment or data packets of different services. According to the method and system, a service transmission status of a user equipment can be measured in a multi-station transmission scenario.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a network side device, user equipment, and a spectrum sharing method thereof. The method includes: acquiring load information of a first and a second systems; acquiring a cycle period of a shared frequency of the first and the second systems; obtaining time slice allocation information according to the load information of the first and the second system, and the cycle period, where the time slice allocation information includes a first and a second time slice; and sending the time slice allocation information to user equipment, so that the user equipment performs data transmission at the first time slice by using the first system and performs data transmission at the second time slice by using the second system and by using the shared frequency. By means of the foregoing manner, a shared frequency can be allocated, so that efficiency of transmitting system data can be effectively improved.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for processing a radio link failure report, an apparatus, and a system. When a radio link failure occurs in user equipment in a current cell, if security information is activated, the user equipment initiates a radio resource control (RRC) connection re-establishment process. If a re-establishment cell is selected before a re-establishment timing times out, the user equipment sends an RRC connection re-establishment request to a network device, and records an identifier of the re-establishment cell in a radio link failure report. The user equipment sends the radio link failure report to the network device, so that the network device determines, according to the radio link failure report, a reason why a radio link failure occurs in the user equipment.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a network side device, user equipment, and a spectrum sharing method thereof. The method includes: acquiring load information of a first and a second systems; acquiring a cycle period of a shared frequency of the first and the second systems; obtaining time slice allocation information according to the load information of the first and the second system, and the cycle period, where the time slice allocation information includes a first and a second time slice; and sending the time slice allocation information to user equipment, so that the user equipment performs data transmission at the first time slice by using the first system and performs data transmission at the second time slice by using the second system and by using the shared frequency. By means of the foregoing manner, a shared frequency can be allocated, so that efficiency of transmitting system data can be effectively improved.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio communications method and device, where the method is applicable to a radio communications system, where the radio communications system includes a unified control area, the unified control area includes areas covered by two or more cells of different standards, and the method includes: configuring, by a network-side device, a unified broadcast control channel for the unified control area; and sending, by the network-side device and over the unified broadcast control channel, a broadcast message to an idle-state user equipment UE that is located in the unified control area and camps on the unified broadcast control channel. By using this method, in a process in which a UE in an idle state moves in coverage areas of different standards, a standard on which the UE camps does not need to be changed, thereby reducing complexity of mobility management and reducing signaling overheads.

The method for parameter configuration during channel switching that is provided in an embodiment of the present invention can avoid interruption of uplink data transmission of the terminal. For example, a radio network controller instructs a base station to send data to a user equipment via a high speed physical downlink shared channel (HS-PDSCH). The user equipment is in a Cell_PCH state and has a dedicated radio network temporary identity (H-RNTI).
