The method for transmitting a backhaul sub frame channel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: creating a downlink relay control channel by coding downlink relay control information that is transmitted to a relay; allocating the created downlink relay control channel to a first slot of a semi-static resource region that is allocated to the relay; and transmitting, to the relay, a backhaul sub frame to which the channel is allocated. Compared to existing control channel transmission techniques, the present invention can minimize overheads. Moreover, the present invention also reduces control channel resources required during retransmission and for the transmission of multiple backhaul subframes.

The disclosure relates to data transmission method and apparatus for transmitting UL grant or ACK/NACK at flexible subframes in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) system. The data transmission method of a base station according to the present invention includes configuring subframes irrelevant to Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) process as flexible subframes; scheduling uplink transmission at the flexible subframes with uplink grant; receiving uplink data transmitted by a terminal at the flexible subframes as scheduled; and transmitting, when decoding the uplink data fails, HARQ acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) or uplink grant to request retransmission of the uplink data. The data transmission method of the present invention is capable of utilizing flexible subframes for uplink transmission without influencing the uplink HARQ process associated with the downlink subframes configured as flexible subframes.

Particularly, the initial transmission power by means of which the terminal transmits a signal via an uplink non-anchor carrier is determined by reflecting the transmission power by means of which the terminal has most recently transmitted a signal via an uplink anchor carrier and by reflecting the difference between channel environments of the uplink anchor carrier and the uplink non-anchor carrier, in a wireless communication system using a broadband formed by carrier aggregation. Consequently, the initial transmission power of the terminal is set as accurately as possible in the uplink non-anchor carrier, thereby preventing signal transmission delay and improving the reliability of received signals.

A method for grouping a control channel resource in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing based mobile communication system for adjusting inter-cell interference and an apparatus performing the same are disclosed. Inter-cell inference used between cells or base stations is controlled or distributed to secure reception of a control channel in a heterogeneous system, and interference may be efficiently controlled through coordination of resource groups by cells. The method and apparatus are equally applicable when resources of backhaul transmission channel of a relay cell in a cell are grouped.
