    摘要: The present invention relates to a multi-channel variable optical attenuator, more particularly, which comprises a multilayer structure of a fiber optic module and an attenuating module in order to enhance the integrity of the multi-channel variable optical attenuator. The multi-channel variable optical attenuator comprises at least two optical signal transmission lines which are arranged parallel with each other, and have associated separating spaces formed between input and output terminals to adjust the power of an optical signal. A screen is placed in one of the separating spaces of the optical signal transmission lines, and movable in a direction crossing the optical signal transmission lines. A Micro Electro Mechanical System (MEMS) actuator is placed above one of the optical signal transmission lines, and connected with the screen to shift the same. The MEMS actuator is placed above a first optical signal transmission line which is placed adjacent to a second optical signal transmission line for placing the screen therein.

In the microlens fabrication method of the invention, a first layer of a predetermined etching rate is formed first, and then a second layer is formed on the first layer. The second layer has a predetermined etching rate different from that of the first layer. A mask pattern in use for etching is formed on the second layer, and then the first and second layers are etched to form a non-spherical lens contour therein.

The baby bottle can be vented to allow air to enter the bottle through a passageway as liquid is removed. A filter and one-way valve can be provided in the passageway. The passageway can be formed by radially aligning a vent opening in a top cap with a vent opening in a nipple flange, or by providing a channel in the top cap which is always in radial alignment with both the top cap vent opening and the flange vent opening.

    摘要: A kit comprising an installation fixture, a plurality of mechanical fasteners and an embedding tool is provided which allows for an elastomer band to be disposed in a mounting groove around a semiconductor substrate support in a manner that relieves the internal stresses of the elastomer band, leading to an elastomer band with a longer operational lifetime. The installation fixture is secured to a substrate support with mechanical fasteners. An elastomer band is placed around an outer circumference of the installation fixture and rotated back and forth to relieve internal stresses of the elastomer band. The fixture is inverted and the elastomer band is slid vertically off the fixture and into the mounting groove. An embedding tool can be used to completely insert the elastomer band into the mounting groove.

The method further includes receiving the digital certificate that includes a public key associated with the registered user and satisfies the request for proof of identity. The method also includes with forwarding the digital certificate to the service provider.

    摘要: A breast pump includes a pump that produces both vacuum and pulsating pressure, at least one express kit, and hoses or the like for connecting the pump to the express kit. The express kit includes a manifold, a milk collection vessel, a rigid cup and a flexible liner. The liner is made of a pliable material, and includes a funnel and a throat. The inside surface of the funnel, which is between the liner and the cup when the liner is installed, has an optional honeycomb structure that creates a forced space between the liner and the cup, while maintaining some degree of flexibility. At the end of the liner inside the throat, a rigid insert or suitable bond maintains some rigidity inside the throat, supports the liner and creates a seal between the liner and the cup at the throat end of the liner.
