    摘要: An embodiment relaxation seat for a vehicle includes a seat cushion lower frame configured to be mounted on a seat rail, a seat cushion upper frame connected to the seat cushion lower frame in a tilting-enabled manner, a seat back frame connected to the seat cushion upper frame, a locking device mounted at a predetermined position on the seat cushion upper frame, a front link hinge-connecting between the seat cushion upper frame and a front end portion of the seat cushion lower frame, a rear link hinge-connecting between the seat cushion upper frame and a rear end portion of the seat cushion lower frame, and a support bar connecting between the locking device and the front link in a manner that is movable backward and forward and configured to support the front link for rotation or fixation thereof.

That is, the present disclosure provides the piping system for an air conditioner, in which the refrigerant pipe and the flange member are each made of a plastic material having a vibration insulation effect and are connected by laser fusing which can prevent damage so that an effect of weight reduction and vibration insulation can be provided and a pressure loss of a refrigerant fluid can be minimized by maintaining a diameter of the refrigerant pipe to be constant with respect to an overall length of the refrigerant pipe.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for controlling a compressor are provided. The method includes measuring a vehicle speed, an engine speed, a position value of an accelerator pedal, and an external air temperature and comparing the vehicle speed with a predetermined speed. A basic operation rate of the compressor is then determined based on the engine speed and the position value of the accelerator pedal when the vehicle speed is equal to or less than the predetermined speed. A final operation rate of the compressor is determined based on the external air temperature and the determined basic operation rate and the compressor is operated based on the determined final operation rate.

    摘要: A motor control system and method are provided for a vehicle that reduces torque ripples due to motor system characteristics while the vehicle is running at ultra-low speed in an electric vehicle running mode. The system includes a current command generator that generates a current command based on a torque command, a motor speed, and a reference voltage. A current controller generates a voltage command based on the current command. A coordinate transformer transforms the voltage command into a 3-phase voltage command by a coordinate transformation and a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal generator generates a switch signal based on the 3-phase voltage command. A PWM inverter generates a 3-phase driving current to drive a motor based on the switch signal and a current control ripple compensator applies a reverse phase harmonic wave to the current controller to reduce a harmonic wave caused by errors generated from the current controller.

    摘要: A system and method are provided for estimating temperature of a rotor of a motor configured to calculate temperature of the rotor using an actual measured data-based thermal model (thermal impedance model) and an energy loss model, and to estimate temperature of the rotor using the calculated temperature variation of the rotor. The method includes calculating, by a controller, an energy loss of the motor using driving conditions of the motor. The controller is also configured to calculate a temperature variation of the rotor in a predetermined reference temperature using the calculated energy loss and thermal resistances of the rotor and a stator of the motor. Further, the controller is configured to estimate a rotor temperature in the predetermined reference temperature using the temperature variation of the rotor.
