摘要: A method for controlling a hydraulic pressure refilling operation for an engine clutch of a vehicle includes determining whether the vehicle travels using power of a driving motor with an engine clutch maintained in a disengaged state, and upon determining that the vehicle travels using power of the driving motor with the engine clutch maintained in the disengaged state, determining whether loss of hydraulic pressure has occurred, and upon determining that loss of hydraulic pressure has occurred, controlling a hydraulic pressure refilling operation such that working fluid in a reservoir is supplied to the actuator with the engine clutch in an engaged state, and controlling the driving motor so that the driving motor outputs a compensated torque by compensating for an effect of a load torque, generated by a non-operating engine, on a torque of the driving motor.

The transmission oil is heated using a motor coil of an electric oil pump (EOP) as a heater before a startup of a vehicle. The method includes applying a current to the motor coil of the EOP configured to operate a transmission of the vehicle to thus heat the transmission oil by heat generated from the motor coil.

摘要: An electric oil pump system allows the cooling of an electric oil pump (EOP) and an oil pump controller (OPU) to be performed efficiently in the vehicle equipped with the electric oil pump. An electric oil pump of the system includes a pumping part that is operated by power of a motor to suction and direct pressurized oil. An oil pump controller operates the electric oil pump. A water-cooled cooling apparatus cools the oil pump controller using coolant and an oil-cooled cooling apparatus cools the electric oil pump using oil. The coolant of the water-cooled cooling apparatus and the oil of the oil-cooled cooling apparatus pass through a heat exchanger and as the coolant and oil pass therethrough, heat exchange is achieved.

摘要: A system and method for controlling engine clutch slip for a hybrid vehicle, in which it is determined whether an engine clutch has entered a slip mode and lubrication of the engine clutch is easily achieved through an additional lubrication hydraulic pressure circuit whenever the engine clutch enters the slip mode, thereby achieving the engine clutch slip control in all shift ranges including low-speed and medium-speed ranges and maintaining the heat energy that is generated from the engine clutch at a predetermined level or lower.

摘要: A limp-home control method for a hybrid vehicle may include: a fault determination step for determining, by a controller, whether a solenoid valve battery short circuit fault occurs in a transmission; a first limp-home step for controlling, by the controller, solenoid valves to implement a limp-home gear stage while maintaining a state where power is suppliable to the solenoid valves involved in shifting gears when it is determined that the solenoid valve battery short circuit fault exists; an engine necessity verification step for verifying, by the controller, whether engagement of an engine clutch is needed; and a second limp-home step for driving, by the controller, a solenoid valve controlling the engine clutch to engage the engine clutch, implementing limp-home driving by engine power when the engagement of the engine clutch is needed.
