摘要: A method for preparing a lithium secondary battery that includes Si in an anode includes: an electrode plate process step of preparing a cathode plate using a cathode active material, a conductive material and a binder, and of preparing an anode plate using an anode active material including Si, a conductive material, and a binder; an assembly process step of assembling the cathode plate and the anode plate in a state in which a separator is interposed between the cathode plate and the anode plate, and of injecting an electrolyte into the resultant assembly, thereby preparing a cell; and an activation process step of aging and degassing the prepared cell, and of performing a formation process for the cell in a pressurized environment, thereby suppressing volume swelling of the cell.

摘要: A lithium air battery comprising a plurality of unit cells which have different diameters, each unit cell comprises: electrodes including: a disc-shaped positive electrode having a first air flow path passing through the positive electrode in a vertical direction of the lithium air battery and one or more electrolyte flow paths on the positive electrode in a horizontal or vertical direction of the lithium air battery; and an negative electrode having a second air flow path passing through the negative electrode in the vertical direction to coincide with the first air flow path; and a separator disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The unit cells are stacked in the vertical direction within a stack cell tank such that a diffusion layer is disposed between the respective unit cells. A lowermost unit cell has the greatest diameter and diameters of the remaining unit cells, which are sequentially stacked on a lowermost unit cell, gradually decreases vertically in an upward direction so that the unit cells have a stepped structure.

摘要: A method for checking defects in a lithium ion secondary battery includes primarily charging and degassing the lithium ion secondary battery after manufacture of the secondary battery, secondarily charging and discharging the secondary battery and then measuring one or more of OCVs and IRs of lithium ion secondary battery cells; pressurizing and aging the secondary battery by aging the secondary battery in a state in which a pressure of a designated magnitude or more is applied to the secondary battery, and checking whether or not the secondary battery cells are defective by re-measuring the one or more of OCVs and IRs of the secondary battery cells and then comparing the re-measured one or more of the OCVs and the IRs to the previously measured one or more of the OCVs and the IRs.
