摘要: The capillary blood pipette tip system of the present invention includes a pipette tip for collecting capillary blood including a sampling unit having a capillary tube having a first diameter so as to sample a capillary blood; a sample storage unit having a first extension end formed from a distal end of the capillary tube of the sampling unit so as to have a larger area than the sampling unit; a sealing unit closely adhered to a distal opening of the sample storage unit and broken by a quantitative syringe introduced from the outside; a shielding wall surrounding the sealing unit to prevent the sample from splashing from the sample storage unit to the outside when the sealing unit is broken by the quantitative syringe; and a handle unit which is held by a user to sample using the sampling unit; an immunoassay cartridge having at least one pipette tip mounting well having a plunger that presses a sample of a sampling unit of the pipette tip from the bottom to the top when the pipette tip is coupled to the top; and a quantitative syringe for quantitatively sampling the capillary blood collected in the upper part thereof by approaching through the upper part of the pipette tip, when the capillary blood from the sampling unit is collected in the upper part by the pressurization of the plunger during the coupling of the pipette tip to the immunoassay cartridge.

摘要: A method of automatically distinguishing absorption or non-absorption of whole blood or blood plasma by using a reflective photosensor in an automatic immunoassay device including a round cartridge which may simultaneously perform the centrifugation and automatic analysis of a blood sample and a tip which may be moved up, down, left and right based on the round cartridge, the method includes: installing the reflective photosensor below the round cartridge; mounting the tip above the round cartridge, and continuously measuring blood non-absorption data in a range including a position where the blood is absorbed by using the reflective photosensor, collecting the measured data and storing the collected data while the tip is raised; continuously measuring blood absorption data by using the reflective photosensor while the tip is lowered and absorbs the blood present in the range including the position where the blood is absorbed from the round cartridge; and determining whether a type of the blood is whole blood or blood plasma, or whether the whole blood or the blood plasma is not absorbed by comparing the blood non-absorption data with the blood absorption data.

摘要: A modular automatic analyzer using a circular type cartridge enabling centrifugation according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body frame; an X-axis conveying unit which reciprocally moves in an X-axis direction with respect to the main body frame; a circular type cartridge accommodating housing which is installed with respect to the X-axis conveying unit so as to be reciprocally movable in the X-axis direction by the X-axis conveying unit, a single rotation drive unit which is installed in the circular type cartridge accommodating housing and is rotated step by step at a predetermined interval or rotated at a high speed for centrifugation, a circular type cartridge which is installed at an upper surface of the circular type cartridge accommodating housing so as to be rotatably connected to the rotation drive unit and has wells disposed to be spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction of a disc-shaped main body, a tip lifting unit which picks up and moves a tip upward and downward, a measurement unit which measures a reaction in the well, a Z-axis drive unit which is provided with the tip lifting unit and the measurement unit and reciprocally operates in a Z-axis direction with respect to the main body frame, and a control unit C which controls an automatic immunity analyzer.
