    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive configuration information that indicates associated random access channel occasions (ROs). for example, a first RO and a second RO. The WTRU may determine a feature combination associated with the WTRU. The WTRU may determine a set of preambles based on the feature combination associated with the WTRU. The set of preambles may include multiple subsets of preambles, for example, a first subset of preambles associated with the first RO of the associated ROs and a second subset of preambles associated with the second RO of the associated ROs. The WTRU may transmit a first preamble of the first subset of preambles on the first RO of the plurality of associated ROs and a second preamble of the second subset of preambles on the second RO of the plurality of associated ROs.

    Abstract: The disclosure pertains to methods and apparatus using V2X enhancements to perform discontinuous reception.     Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) determines PDCCH candidates. For a slot, the WTRU determines a number of valid PDCCH candidates associated with at least one search space based on a number of designated search spaces associated with the WTRU in the slot, a type of the search space, a priority associated with the search space, a number of required CCE channel estimates associated with the search space, a maximum number of PDCCH candidates in a slot, and a number of control resource sets (CORESETs) associated with the slot. The WTRU may then attempt to decode CCEs in the at least one search space to recover a PDCCH associated with the WTRU. The WTRU may drop PDCCH candidates from the search space when the number of PDCCH exceeds a maximum value.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for selective one-shot hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback by priority level. For example, a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may determine a priority associated with each transport block (TB). The each TB may correspond to respective HARQ processes associated with downlink transmissions from a base station (BS). The WTRU may receive, from the BS, a request for the one-shot HARQ feedback with an indication of a priority selected for the one-shot HARQ feedback. The WTRU may generate a HARQ codebook for transmission of the one-shot feedback. The HARQ codebook may comprise one or more information bits corresponding to one or more TBs determined based on the indicated priority. The WTRU may determine, based on a number of the one or more information bits, a transmission power and transmit, at the transmission power, the one-shot feedback comprising the generated HARQ codebook.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for receiver feedback in wireless systems. Receiver feedback format, content, type and/or timing may be determined as a function of, for example, at least one of a type of soft-combining processing to apply in a HARQ process, a HARQ operating point for the HARQ process, one or more reference transmissions for controlling a type of HARQ feedback for the HARQ process, and a feedback suppression parameter for one or more transmissions in a sequence associated with the HARQ process or a transport block (TB). Uniform and non-uniform CB-to-CBG mapping may be provided (e.g., by a WTRU) based on, for example, one or more parameters, interference and channel conditions and/or a probability of or actual pre-empting transmissions. A CB to CBG mapping indication may be provided, for example, in support of selecting a CB to CBG mapping from multiple CB to CBG mappings. Intra- and inter-WTRU interference/preemption indications may be provided.

    Abstract: A WTRU may determine that a LTE cell at least partially overlaps in frequency with an NR cell. The WTRU may determine that an NR transmission is to be received within a set of resources that are included in at least a portion of the NR cell that at least partially overlaps with the LTE cell. The WTRU may determine a subset of resources within the set of resources that correspond to an LTE common transmission. The WTRU may receive the NR transmission within the set of resources. The NR transmission may not be included in the subset of resources that correspond to the LTE common transmission. The LTE common transmission may include one or more of a common control signal, a cell-specific broadcast signal, cell-specific reference signals, a physical downlink control channel, a primary synchronization signal, a secondary synchronization signal, and/or a channel state information reference signal.

    Abstract: In a network comprising both fixed transmission points and mobile transmission points, the transmission points may transmit discovery reference signals that allow WTRUs to detect and/or synchronize to the transmission points. The fixed and mobile transmission points may transmit discovery reference signals with different characteristics that allow the WTRUs to distinguish between fixed and mobile transmission points. The mobile transmission points may also transmit a separate maintenance reference signal that allows WTRUs to maintain a connection with the mobile transmission point. For networks in which fixed a mobile transmission points operate in different frequency bands, the mobile transmission points may also periodically transmit discovery beacon signals in the frequency band of the fixed transmission points to allow discovery. Conditions may be imposed on WTRUs before the WTRU will transmit to the network a measurement report reporting on a potential transmission point to which it may be switched. Such conditions may include the speed of a WTRU relative to the transmission point with which it is currently associated, the speed of the WTRU relative to the newly discovered transmission point or both.

    Abstract: An apparatus may be configured to determine whether to prioritize a sidelink (SL) logical channel group (LCG) based on an SL prioritization threshold and a UL prioritization threshold, on a condition that a UL prioritization threshold is configured. The apparatus may be configured to determine whether a prioritization value associated with the SL LCG is lower than the SL prioritization threshold. The apparatus may be configured to determine (e.g., at least) whether an uplink (UL) LCG has a prioritization value that is equal to or higher than the UL prioritization threshold. The apparatus may be configured to determine whether to prioritize SL buffer status reporting (BSR) based on a size of a UL grant and the determination of whether to prioritize the SL LCG. The apparatus may be configured to report a buffer status based on the determination of whether to prioritize the SL BSR.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) receiving a first set of one or more initial access signals from a Transmission/Reception Point (TRP), wherein the first set of one or more initial access signals indicates that the TRP is in a dormant state, sending an echo signal to the TRP, wherein one or more transmission parameters of the echo signal are derived from the first set of one or more initial access signals received from the TRP, monitoring for a second set of one or more initial access signals from the TRP after transmitting the echo signal, and receiving the second set of one or more initial access signals, the second set of initial access signals comprising information associated with accessing the TRP. Sets of one or more initial access signals may be received from a plurality of TRPs in an area. The second set of one or more initial access signals may be received from a TRP that is closest to, or has a strongest signal strength for transmitting to, the WTRU.
