A method for generating at least one interactive page template is provided. The at least one interactive page template includes at least one interactive component. The interactive component is a material which can be operated by at least one input signals of the mobile device and be presented by at least one output signals of a mobile device. The method includes: receiving, via a user interface, a setting command, wherein the setting command includes at least one material type and the input signals and output signals; obtaining, by a page component exploring module, at least one interactive page component from a page component repository according to the setting command; generating, by a template generating module, at least one interactive page template, wherein the interactive page template contains the interactive page component, according to the template integrating principle stored in a template integrating principle storage module; and displaying, by the user interface, the at least one interactive page template.

Remote monitoring systems for remotely monitoring execution status of a PLC (Programmable Logic controller) program of a machine include a storage module, a parameter retrieval module and a monitoring module. The storage module stores ladder diagram information corresponding to a PLC source program, wherein the ladder diagram information includes PLC signal address relation information, a plurality of logic switches and a responsive collect command of each logic switch of a ladder diagram. The PLC signal address relation information indicates the relations of the logic switches on the ladder diagram. The parameter retrieval module respectively retrieves parameter data corresponding to the logic switches using the responsive collect commands. The monitoring module generates a status of ladder diagram according to the logic switches, the parameter data and the PLC signal address relation information to display the parameter data corresponding to each logic switch when the machine is executing the PLC source program.

The present invention relates to a control system and control method. The control system is applied to a machine tool and includes a horizontal monitor unit, a temperature monitor unit, a temperature adjustment device and a controller. The horizontal monitor unit is configured to measure a horizontal angle of a table and the temperature monitor unit is configured to measure a temperature information of a sensing area in a machining device. The controller receives the horizontal angle and the temperature information, then generates a compensation signal to the temperature adjustment device to change the temperature of an adjusting area in the machining device so that the horizontal angle of the table and the vertical inclination of the machining device are orthogonal to each other.

The present disclosure provides a machine tool power consumption prediction system configured for predicting power consumption of a machine tool. The machine tool executes numerical control programs to produce parts, and various parameters are included in each of the numerical control programs. The machine tool power consumption prediction system includes a power consumption database and a computer. The power consumption database stores power consumption data associated with different values of the parameters included in the numerical control programs. The computer is connected to the power consumption database to retrieve the power consumption data, and generates a power consumption estimate associated with each of the numerical control programs to be executed by the machine tool.

A method for determining a status of at least one machine includes the following steps: a processing unit is utilized to receive and record spindle load values of the spindle in a period of time to generate a spindle load record of the spindle, and to determine if a preset condition is matched according to the spindle load record. When the preset condition is matched, the processing unit is utilized to determine a present category corresponding to the spindle load record of the spindle, and to obtain parameter-to-be-collected information corresponding to the present category. The processing unit is utilized to obtain at least one value of at least one collected parameter of the at least one machine according to the parameter-to-be-collected information corresponding to the present category, and to determine a status of the at least one machine according to the obtained value of the at least one collected parameter.

The synchronous display streaming system for multi-view frames is provided. The server provides a plurality of display streamings of a content in a plurality of angles. The server stores accounts. The first electronic device logs in a relation account of the accounts of the server. The second electronic device logs in the relation account of the server. The first electronic device and the second electronic device are grouped in a synchronization operation group. The server provides the plurality of display streamings in the plurality of angles to the first and the second electronic device which log in the relation account respectively and display the frames of the content in the plurality of angles on the first and the second electronic device. Any electronic device of the synchronization operation group performs an operation on one of the electronic devices of the synchronization operation group through the relation account of the server.

A data collecting system includes a management server, a number of data collecting chains. Each data collecting chain includes a computer connected to the management server, at least one sensor and a data acquisition (DAQ), coupled to the sensor(s) and connected to the computer through RS485, configured to acquire sensing data from the sensor(s) and transmit the sensing data to the computer. The DAQs are connected to the computers through a wireless backup transmission interface. The management server sends a first confirmation signal to the computers. When at least one of the computers does not respond to the first confirmation signal, the management server indicates the computers which have responded to the first confirmation signal to receive the sensing data from the DAQ(s) corresponding to the computer(s) which doesn't respond to the first confirmation signal through the wireless backup transmission interface.

An adjusting method is implemented by a control system and is used to adjust a multi-axis robotic arm including a plurality of motors. The adjusting method includes following operations. A decay rate of each motor is analyzed by the control system. When the decay rate of one of the motors exceeds a corresponding first threshold, a residual value of the one of the motors is further analyzed by the control system. When the residual value exceeds a first default value, an output capacity of at least one of the motors is adjusted by the control system.

A method for searching target clients, applied to a mobile device coupled to a network, is provided. A target position and a target time are generated by a positioning unit and a time generating unit of the mobile device, respectively. A target clients search message is generated according to keywords input into the mobile device, the target position and the target time and then transmitted to a server coupled to the network through the network. Then a search result transmitted by the server through the network is received. The search result comprises at least one of a target clients amount, a target clients density and a target clients occurrence probability, which are retrieved from at least one social networks data and corresponding to the keywords, the target location and the target time. A map combined with the search result is displayed.
Abstract:
A monitoring system applied to a shaping machine having a high speed electricity meter. The monitoring system includes a current obtaining device and an analyzing device. The current obtaining device is coupled to the high speed electricity meter to obtain a plurality of current signals from the operated shaping machine and in respond to the shaping machine executes a machining program, the current obtaining device extracts current variation data from the current signals. The machining program corresponds to a piece of the current variation data. The piece of the current variation datum comprises a maximum current and an occurring time that the maximum current being recorded. The analyzing device is configured to calculate a gap, based on the maximum currents and the occurring times corresponding to at least two successive machining programs. In respond to the gap time exceeding a predetermined threshold, the analyzing device generates a warning signal.
