    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may be configured to receive configuration information associated with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state group and a second TCI state group. The WTRU may be configured to report first respective measured downlink received power values and first respective determined power reduction values. The WTRU may be configured to report second respective measured downlink received power values and second respective determined power reduction values. The WTRU may be configured to receive an indication of the first TCI state group via a downlink transmission. The WTRU may be configured to determine a first TCI state from the first TCI state group based on downlink received power information and power reduction information. The WTRU may be configured to send an uplink transmission based on the first determined TCI state.

    Abstract: A method performed by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may compromise: receiving a downlink control information, wherein the DCI includes a multi-PDSCH priority indication; determining a priority for each of a two or more PDSCHs transmissions based on the multi-PDSCH priority indication; determining one or more scheduling parameters for each of the two or more PDSCH transmissions based on the determined priority of each of the two or more PDSCH transmissions; and receiving each of the two or more PDSCH transmissions using the respective determined scheduling parameters. The method may further compromise associating a first scheduling parameter with a first priority and a second scheduling parameter with a second priority, wherein the first priority is a high priority and the second priority is a low priority.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, systems, devices, and computer program products directed to phase-continuous frequency selective precoding are provided. Included among these classes are methods for use in connection with dynamic precoding resource block group (PRG) configuration and with codebook based transmission configuration. A representative of such methods may include any of receiving signaling indicating transmit precoding information; determining a candidate PRG size using any of the transmit precoding information, a rule for determining a PRG size and configured PRG sizes; and configuring or reconfiguring a wireless transmit/receive device in accordance with the candidate PRG size. Another of the representative methods may include reporting a transmission coherence capability of a wireless transmit/receive unit; receiving a codebook subset restriction (CBSR) commensurate with the transmission coherence capability; determining a transmit precoding matrix indices (TPMI) size based on the CBSR; receiving a TPMI; and detecting or decoding the TPMI based on the determined TPMI size.
