    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for seamless switching between frequency ranges are provided herein. A method may include: receiving information identifying channel state information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS) resources in a first frequency range (FR), where each of the CSI-RS resources in the first FR is associated with CSI-RS resources in a second FR and the second FR is a lower FR than the first FR; and measuring a signal quality of at least one of the CSI-RS resources in the first FR. The method may further include selecting a subset of the CSI-RS resources in the first FR or the second FR, wherein, on a condition that the measured signal quality meets or exceeds a threshold, the selected subset is in the first FR, and the selection is based on the measured signal quality. The method may further include reporting the measured signal quality.

In an example, a method includes receiving configuration information of a set of reference signals (RSs) for monitoring and a set of candidate RSs for new beam selection, determining whether a number of the set of RSs is larger than a threshold, determining whether at least a subset of RSs of the set of RSs is failed, selecting at least a first RS and a second RS from the set of candidate RSs, based on the number of the set of RSs being larger than the threshold and at least the subset of RSs of the set of RSs being failed, transmitting a first uplink signal using a first uplink resource associated with the selected first RS, and/or transmitting a second uplink signal using a second uplink resource associated with the selected second RS.

    摘要: Methods and apparatuses for joint channel state information (CSI) measurement are described herein. A method may include receiving channel state information reference signals (CSI-RSs) from first and second transmit/receive points (TRPs), determining CSI, and selecting one of the TRPs as a primary TRP and a remaining one of the first TRP or the second TRP as a secondary TRP. The method may include reporting information indicating a first CSI for the primary TRP and receiving second CSI-RSs from the TRPs. The method may include determining a second CSI and a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) for the primary TRP, and determining channel coding information for the primary TRP. The method may include determining a second CSI for the secondary TRP, determining, based on channel coding information and the second CSI for the secondary TRP and a PMI for the secondary TRP, and reporting information indicating the PMI for the second TRP.
