Abstract: A mounting system for performing an installation operation in an elevator shaft of an elevator system has a mounting apparatus that includes a carrier component with a mechatronic installation component, a displacement component, a suspension cable and a deflection roller deflecting the suspension cable between the displacement component and the carrier component. The carrier component is supported against a supporting wall of the elevator shaft by an upper support roller, at least during displacement in the elevator shaft. The suspension cable has, between the deflection roller and the carrier component, a diagonal pull relative to the vertical in the direction of the supporting wall and is guided via the deflection roller such that the diagonal pull can be varied by displacing the deflection roller. The deflection roller is arranged via a holding apparatus on a surface of the supporting wall such that the deflection roller protrudes into the elevator shaft.

Abstract: A locating system for determining a current position in an elevator shaft of an elevator system extending in a main extension direction includes a first distance sensor by which a first distance and a second distance, which second distance is perpendicular to the first distance, from a first reference element can be measured, as well as a tilt sensor by which a rotation about a horizontal first axis and a horizontal second axis perpendicular to the first axis can be measured, and a measuring system by which a position of the locating system can be determined in the main extension direction of the elevator shaft.

Abstract: An at least partially automated method for planning installation of elevator components in an elevator shaft delimited by shaft walls includes the steps: recording the course of the shaft walls; determining positions of door openings in the shaft; establishing a target course of a guide rail depending on the positions of the openings; and establishing target positions of the elevator components automatedly depending on the established guide rail target course. Adjustable ones of the elevator components have a part fixable to the shaft wall and a part movable in an adjustment range relative to the fixable part. Target positions of the movable parts are established for the adjustable components. An automated check is carried out to determine whether, when the movable part is positioned at the target position, the adjustment range is sufficient to fix the fixable part to the shaft wall and the results are output for further processing.

Abstract: A system and a method determine the position of an elevator car of an elevator installation, which elevator car is arranged movably in an elevator shaft. The system has a computing unit and an image-capturing unit that are arranged on the elevator car. The image-capturing unit records images of shaft components or shaft equipment used for other functions and transmits the images to the computing unit. The computing unit compares a currently recorded image with at least one stored comparison image of the shaft components or shaft equipment in the direction of travel of the elevator car so as to determine the current position of the elevator car in the direction of travel. The computing unit compares the currently recorded image with the stored comparison image also transversely to the direction of travel so as to determine the current position of the elevator car in the direction of travel.

Abstract: A method and a mounting device for carrying out an installation operation in an elevator shaft of an elevator system include introducing a first elongate reference element into the elevator shaft oriented in a main direction of extent of the elevator shaft. The mounting device is introduced into the elevator shaft, which mounting device has a carrier component and a mechatronic installation component held by the carrier component. The mounting device is displaced into a fixing position in the main direction of extent of the elevator shaft. The relative position of the carrier component of the mounting device is determined with respect to the first reference element in the fixing position with a sensor arranged on the installation component. The relative position of the first reference element is determined with respect to at least two different sensor positions and thus positions of the installation component.

Abstract: A position-determination system for an elevator uses a camera arranged on an elevator car, which camera has a sensor with a defined number of light-sensitive pixels for generating image data of a surface structure of hoistway material arranged along a travel path of the elevator car. An analysis unit, based on the image data, determines a position and/or velocity of the elevator car. The position-determination system recognizes a reference pattern with a specified dimension which lies in a capturing range of the camera, wherein, based on the reference pattern, the analysis unit performs a scaling of the image data.

Abstract: An installation device used in an elevator shaft has a first carrier with first and second carrier ends, a support element pivotably arranged on the first carrier end, and a holding apparatus holding a displacement apparatus by which installation material can be displaced in the elevator shaft. When the installation device is in an installation position, the first carrier end is supported against a threshold of an elevator shaft door opening by the support element and the second carrier end is supported at least indirectly against a shaft wall that is opposite the door opening. The holding apparatus is arranged on an upper side of the installation device in the installation position such that the displacement apparatus is supported from above on the holding apparatus.
