The device may generate a beacon frame including the beacon frame body. The device may send the beacon frame.

The device may perform a security key rekeying to use a second security key in place of the first security key. The device may cause to send the second security key to a first station device of one or more station devices. The device may cause to send a first beacon frame comprising a switch announcement information element (IE) associated with the second security key. The device may cause to send a second beacon frame, wherein the second beacon frame does not comprise the switch announcement IE. The device may determine to switch to the second security key based on the switch announcement IE.

The device may send the first frame, and may generate the second frame, the second frame including an indication that the first BIGTK is to be used for the second integrity analysis of the second frame. The device may send the second frame.

摘要: Multi-link device (MLD) security association (SA) query and query response procedures are described. Any of the links between an access point (AP) MLD and a non-AP MLD may be used to initiate association, reassociation, or disassociation procedures using the SA query requests and responses. The SA query request or response from one of the stations (STAs) associated with the MLD is sent to a corresponding linked one of the STAs associated with the other MLD. The SA request or response is addressed to the other MLD rather than the STA of the other MLD. Retry timeouts and maximum timeouts for resending SA query requests are set by the AP MLD and the same across each of the links.

摘要: Methods and systems for authenticated wake-up radio frames are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes generating a wake-up radio (WUR) integrity group key (IGTK) for authentication of WUR frames when received by a wake-up radio (WURx). The WUR IGTK may be identified via a key identifier in the WUR frame. The key identifier may be updated when the WUR IGTK is updated, facilitating WUR IGTK key updating across multiple associated stations.

For example, a size of the PN field may be less than 6 bytes. For example, the STA may be configured to transmit the control frame including the MIC field and the PN field.
