The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition, a preparation method thereof, and a dry film resist comprising the same. More particularly, the photosensitive resin composition of the present invention is directed to a photosensitive resin composition including a) an alkali-soluble acrylate resin, b) a cross-linking monomer having at least two ethylenic double bonds, and c) a phosphine oxide based photopolymerization initiator and an acridon based photopolymerization initiator. According to the photosensitive resin composition and the dry film resist, it is easy to finely pattern using a laser direct image with high density and the dry film has excellent sensitivity, resolution, and adhesiveness to the substrate.

A plasma display apparatus comprises: a plasma display panel including first and second substrates disposed in opposition to one another with a gap formed therebetween; a chassis base disposed on one side of the plasma display panel; and a drive circuit disposed on an opposite side of the chassis base for driving the plasma display panel. The first and second substrates of the plasma display panel form an overlapping region in which the first and second substrates overlie one another, and at least one pair of non-overlapping regions in which the first and second substrates do not overlie one another. The non-overlapping regions are asymmetrically formed about the overlapping region.

The method for manufacturing a plasma display panel includes forming electrodes on a substrate along one direction, and forming align marks on edges of the substrate, depositing a dielectric paste on the substrate covering the align marks, drying the dielectric paste, and baking the dielectric paste to thereby form a dielectric layer. There is provided a plasma display panel having an improved dielectric layer and a method of manufacturing the plasma display panel. The method of manufacturing the plasma display panel comprises the steps of: forming electrodes in a direction on a substrate; cleaning the substrate on which the electrodes are formed; coating the substrate with dielectric paste; drying the dielectric paste; and firing the dielectric paste and forming a dielectric layer having a single layer. Accordingly, it is possible to form a dielectric layer for a plasma display panel having reduced bubbles and an excellent transmittance.
