Abstract: A cell culture device includes a culture unit, a gas supply unit, a first pressure unit, at least one inspecting unit and a control unit. The culture unit contains a cell culture liquid. The gas supply unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for transmitting a culture gas into the culture unit. The first pressure unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for applying a pressure to the cell culture liquid in the culture unit. The at least one inspecting unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for receiving the cell culture liquid for inspection. The control unit, electrically coupled with the culture unit, the first pressure unit, the gas supply unit and the at least one inspecting unit, is used for monitoring corresponding condition parameters to determine respective operations. In addition, a cell culture method for the cell culture device is also provided.

Abstract: A biosensor and a biological detection method are provided. The biosensor includes a substrate, a plurality of first and second electrodes in a strip shape, a material layer and a capture antibody. The substrate has a sampling region and a measuring region connected to the sampling region. The first and second electrodes are disposed on the substrate in the measuring region, and the first and second electrodes are arranged alternately with each other, wherein the first electrodes are connected in parallel with each other, and the second electrodes are connected in parallel with each other. The material layer is disposed on the substrate in the measuring region and covers the first and second electrodes, wherein the material layer has a channel exposing a portion of each of the first electrodes and a portion of each of the second electrodes, the channel is connected to the sampling region, and an extending direction of the channel is interlaced with an extending direction of the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The capture antibody is disposed on the first and second electrodes exposed by the channel.

Abstract: A cell culture device configured for activating, transducing, isolating and/or expanding cells. The cell culture device includes a mixing tank and a rotary control platform. The mixing tank includes a first support, a hollow tank and a cover. The hollow tank is disposed on the first support and has a first opening, a second opening and an accommodating space. The cover covers the second opening and has a first hole, an inlet end and an outlet end. The rotary control platform includes a base, a second support, a rotating gear, an inclination control member and a micro injector. The second support is disposed on the base. The rotating gear is fixed on the first support. The inclination control member has a first part, a second part and a third part. The first part is connected to the rotating gear, and the second part is connected to the first part and the third part. The micro injector extends to the accommodating space through the first hole of the cover. The micro injector has a top end and a bottom end, the top end is fixed on the third part, and the bottom end is disposed to a bottom of the accommodating space. The micro injector is inclined towards the bottom of the accommodating space.
