Abstract: The present disclosure provides an inverter driver circuit including: an input configured to receive an input signal; an output configured to provide an output signal; a parallel circuit between the input and the output, wherein the parallel circuit includes a first circuit path parallel to a second circuit path between the input and the output, wherein the first circuit path includes an output sustaining circuit and the second circuit path includes an output driving circuit; and an inverting delay circuit coupled to the output of the inverter driver circuit and coupled to the output driving circuit, wherein the inverting delay circuit is configured to provide a control signal to the output driving circuit, wherein the control signal is a delayed and inverted version of the output signal.

Abstract: A driver circuit for driving a device circuit, including: a diode-connected transistor having a bulk input coupled to a driver supply voltage, coupled between the driver supply voltage and a positive control node, wherein the driver supply voltage is less than a threshold voltage of the device circuit; a capacitor coupled between the positive control node and a signal input, wherein when an input signal received at the signal input is high, a positive control voltage at the positive control node configured to control an input transistor of the device circuit is higher than the threshold voltage of the device circuit.

Abstract: Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide reduced jitter and local phase detection for a controlled oscillator. An edge of a reference signal is injected at a point within the oscillator, and replaces an edge of the generated oscillation signal at the injection point. A phase difference of the injected reference signal and the oscillation signal is measured locally and is used to tune the oscillator.
