    Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to performance measurements. A device may decode a service request received from a management service consumer for the 5G system (5GS), wherein the service request may be associated with a performance measurement collection service to be delivered by the service producer to the service consumer related to a network exposure function (NEF). The device may detect performance measurements data received from the NEF. The device may decode from the performance measurements data a measurement label associated with the performance measurements data based on the service request. The device may encode a service response based on the performance measurements data received from the NEF.

    Abstract: Generally, this disclosure provides devices, systems and methods for improved coverage estimation of wireless cellular networks through User Equipment (UE) idle mode measurement and reporting. A UE may include a signal measurement module to measure a reference signal received power (RSRP) of a serving cell of the UE, theUE in an idle mode, and to determine if the RSRP is below a threshold value. The UE may also include a cell search and selection module to search for a neighbor cell in response to determining that the RSRP is below the threshold value, and to camp on the neighbor cell if the search succeeds. The UE may further include a data logging module to log information associated with the neighbor cell, if the neighbor cell search succeeds and to log information associated with the serving cell, if the neighbor cell search fails.

    Abstract: Various embodiments herein relate to a logical element configured to consume a management service (MnS). The logical element may further identify, based on consumption of the MnS, a performance measurement related to usage of an edge enabling infrastructure resource for an edge application server (EAS); generate, based on the performance measurement, charging data related to the edge enabling infrastructure; and transmit an indication of the charging data to a second logical clement of the cellular system.
