摘要: A method of operating a node of a communications network is provided. The node is configured to support at least one data link. The at least one data link is between the communications network and a UE. The method includes providing registration data to an exposure node of the communications network. The registration data is for a reporting service on DSI of the at least one data link. The method also includes, upon receiving a subscription request for a subscription to the reporting service, establishing the subscription to the reporting service between the node and an external application node. The external application node is associated with the subscription request. The method furthermore includes providing the DSI in accordance with the subscription to the external application node.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method includes identifying a problematic event between a first interest point and a second interest point of a network and activating, in response to identifying the problematic event between the first interest point and the second interest point, a first endpoint associated with the first interest point and a second endpoint associated with the second interest point. The method also includes receiving, from the first endpoint and the second endpoint, telemetry data associated with a problematic path between the first interest point and the second interest point. The method further includes determining the problematic path between the first interest point and the second interest point using the telemetry data received from the first endpoint and the second endpoint.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for quality of service management. A method implemented at a first device may comprise determining one or more sub latency targets corresponding to one or more intermediate devices along an uplink or downlink route between a second device and a third device based on an uplink or downlink route total latency target and an uplink or downlink latency of one hop along the uplink or downlink route of each of the one or more intermediate devices; and sending the one or more sub latency targets to the one or more intermediate devices, wherein a sum of the one or more sub latency targets is smaller than or equal to the uplink or downlink total latency target.

摘要: Systems and methods for network quality testing are provided. Synthetic traffic may be sent through a first flow path and a second flow path. The second flow path includes a portion apportionable to the first flow path, internal to a server, and a portion apportionable to an external flow path, external to the server. Durations of traffic traveling through the first flow path and the second flow path are compared to determine the portion of the second flow path apportionable to the external flow path. In an example, time stamping may be performed by component(s) of the server, such as a kernel, to determine the durations of the traffic traveling through the first flow path and the second flow path.

The entity can provide enterprise profile data to an IT solutions system by interacting with user interfaces. The IT solutions system can generate the IT topology prescription and roadmap for implementing the IT topology prescription based on the operational goals identified in the responses. Statements of work can be dynamically generated that outline details and terms of implementing the IT topology prescription for the enterprise IT organization.

摘要: An exposure of a user of a network to an adverse network event can be estimated based on network topology data, network traffic associated with the user, and network performance data. A subgraph of the network topology including candidate paths through the network devices and links of the topology that were traversed by the user's network traffic can be estimated using the network topology data and the network traffic data associated with the user. Using the network performance data, an adverse network event can be mapped on the candidate paths of the subgraph to determine an impact of the adverse network event on the user's network traffic. Upon determining that the adverse network event impacts the user, the user can be notified regarding the adverse network event. Optionally, actions to reduce the impact of the network event on the user can be performed.

For example, the method monitors a plurality of sessions for a user group for detecting an abnormal cause code associated with the user group, determines a root cause for the abnormal cause code when a deviation is determined to have occurred for the cause code of the user group, wherein the root cause identifies either an issue associated with the communications network or an issue associated with user endpoint devices of the user group, and generates a ticket indicating the root cause.

摘要: A method for monitoring a network service based on a correlation including network traffic metrics experienced by the network service and infrastructure operational metrics of the network service, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining periodic data including the network traffic metrics, the infrastructure operational metrics, and social media metrics, the social media metrics including content associated with one or more services provided by the network service; storing the network traffic metrics, the infrastructure operational metrics, and social media metrics in a storage for use as historical data representing a predefined period of time; providing a correlation defining a relationship between metrics content of the periodic data; receiving the periodic data during operation of the network service and using the correlation to process the received periodic data to determine an output representing an infrastructure operational metric; comparing the infrastructure operational metric to a predefined operational constraint; generating an alert notification when the infrastructure operational metric contradicts the predefined operational constraint; and sending at least one of the infrastructure operational metric and the alert notification to a support system for subsequent processing.
