Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for sidelink operation in a 5G NR network, and to cause the UE to perform operations including decoding a first sidelink transmission received from a second UE. The first sidelink transmission includes a first resource reservation for a subsequent sidelink transmission by the second UE. A second sidelink transmission received from a third UE is decoded. The second sidelink transmission includes a second resource reservation for a subsequent sidelink transmission by the third UE. A co-channel collision is detected based on the first resource reservation and the second resource reservation being in a same sidelink slot. A feedback message is encoded for transmission to the second UE and the third UE. The feedback message indicates the co-channel collision.

Abstract: An apparatus for use in a UE includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory. To configure the UE for 5G-NR sidelink communications, the processing circuitry is to decode SCI received from a second UE via a PSCCH, the SCI indicating a sidelink resource for transmission of a transport block during multiple transmission time intervals, and a PSFCH indicator. A PSSCH is decoded to obtain the transport block, the PSSCH received in one of the multiple transmission time intervals using frequency resource assignment and time resource assignment of the sidelink resource. HARQ feedback information for the decoded PSSCH is encoded for transmission to the second UE using a PSFCH associated with the sidelink resource, based on the PSFCH indicator and a time gap configured by higher layer signaling.

Abstract: An apparatus and system for new radio (NR) vehicle-to-everything (V2X) sidelink communications are described. Feedback channel design for inter-user equipment (UE) feedback includes a single or multi-bit conflict indication that indicates a type of collision between sidelink communications. Abstract: An apparatus and system for inter-UE coordination feedback for sidelink communications are described. In particular, inter-UE coordination feedback signaling for reliable sidelink communication including transmitter-based resource allocation and signaling of conflicts, prioritization of the inter-UE coordination feedback, and timing of the inter-UE coordination feedback are described. Sidelink hybrid acknowledgment request (HARQ) acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) or NACK only signaling is prioritized over a half-duplex (HD) or co-channel collision (CC) feedback indication, and uplink transmissions are prioritized over sidelink transmissions. In response to detection of a conflict, the inter-UE coordination feedback is transmitted relative to the slot where the HD or CC event occurs or relative to the slot where reservation of the resources for the sidelink transmissions.

Abstract: Embodiments herein may include systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media, for a multi-access edge computing (MEC) system. An apparatus for MEC may include a communication interface, a local cost measurements module, and a service allocation module. The communication interface may receive, from a UE, a request for a service to be provided to the UE. The local cost measurements module may collect a set of local cost measurements for the service. The service allocation module may determine to allocate the service to a MEC host based on an allocation policy related to a cost for the MEC host to provide the service or a cost for a service provider to provide the service in view of the one or more local cost measurements. A communication associated with one or more of the multiple RATs may be received at a device. The device may include a transceiver interface with multiple connections to communicate with multiple transceiver chains. The multiple transceiver chains can be configured to support multiple RATs. Additionally, the multiple transceiver chains may be controlled via the multiple connections of the transceiver interface to coordinate the multiple RATs to complete the communication.

An apparatus operating as a MEC orchestrator to manage services consumption using zones is configurable to perform operations to: receive, from an application executing at a host, a request for a list of services and corresponding proximity zones; in response to receiving the request for the list of services, query a plurality of hosts for performance metrics of respective services offered from the plurality of hosts, the respective services to be used by the application executing at the host; construct a zone map, the zone map maintaining a mapping between the application and the plurality of hosts based on the performance metrics; and manage migration of the application or a service of the respective services, based on the zone map, to ensure QoS of the application.

Abstract: A communication device for multi-radio access technology (RAT) communications includes one or more processors and a plurality of transceivers. Each transceiver is configured to operate in at least one RAT of a plurality of RATs. The processors are configured to establish connection with a second communication device using a first transceiver of the plurality of transceivers and a first RAT of the plurality of RATs. A first data stream associated with a communication link connected to the second communication device and a third communication device is receive via a convergence function at the second communication device. The communication link uses a second RAT of the plurality of RATs. A code sequence is applied to a second data stream to generate an encoded second data stream, which is transmitted to the third communication device via a second communication link established based on information received via the first data stream.

Abstract: An apparatus of a UE includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory. To configure the UE for NR V2X sidelink communication, the processing circuitry is to decode SCI received from a second UE via a PSCCH, the SCI indicating sidelink resources from a sidelink resource pool reserved by the second UE. A set of candidate sidelink resources is determined for reservation by the UE from the sidelink resource pool is determined. The set is divided into multiple time slots and frequency sub-channels and is non-overlapping in time with the sidelink resources reserved by the second UE. A second SCI is encoded for transmission via the PSCCH, the second SCI indicating a plurality of sidelink resources from the set of candidate sidelink resources. A PSSCH is encoded for transmission, the PSSCH is encoded to include a transport block mapped across the plurality of sidelink resources.
