    Abstract: An apparatus and system for inter-UE coordination feedback for sidelink communications are described. In particular, inter-UE coordination feedback signaling for reliable sidelink communication including transmitter-based resource allocation and signaling of conflicts, prioritization of the inter-UE coordination feedback, and timing of the inter-UE coordination feedback are described. Sidelink hybrid acknowledgment request (HARQ) acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) or NACK only signaling is prioritized over a half-duplex (HD) or co-channel collision (CC) feedback indication, and uplink transmissions are prioritized over sidelink transmissions. In response to detection of a conflict, the inter-UE coordination feedback is transmitted relative to the slot where the HD or CC event occurs or relative to the slot where reservation of the resources for the sidelink transmissions.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein may include systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer-readable media, for a multi-access edge computing (MEC) system. An apparatus for MEC may include a communication interface, a local cost measurements module, and a service allocation module. The communication interface may receive, from a UE, a request for a service to be provided to the UE. The local cost measurements module may collect a set of local cost measurements for the service. The service allocation module may determine to allocate the service to a MEC host based on an allocation policy related to a cost for the MEC host to provide the service or a cost for a service provider to provide the service in view of the one or more local cost measurements.     Abstract: An apparatus of a UE includes processing circuitry coupled to a memory. To configure the UE for NR V2X sidelink communication, the processing circuitry is to decode SCI received from a second UE via a PSCCH, the SCI indicating sidelink resources from a sidelink resource pool reserved by the second UE. A set of candidate sidelink resources is determined for reservation by the UE from the sidelink resource pool is determined. The set is divided into multiple time slots and frequency sub-channels and is non-overlapping in time with the sidelink resources reserved by the second UE. A second SCI is encoded for transmission via the PSCCH, the second SCI indicating a plurality of sidelink resources from the set of candidate sidelink resources. A PSSCH is encoded for transmission, the PSSCH is encoded to include a transport block mapped across the plurality of sidelink resources.
