摘要: The object of this invention is to provide a container having a reduced area of vacuum-absorbing panels and thus acquiring improved appearance and having strength against a pressure drop, i.e., the strength enough to retain the shape of the container even when there is a pressure drop inside the container.A shoulder portion or a bottom portion of a resin-made storage container is molded by aligning one or two groups of three corners and one or two groups of three pillars vertically and in parallel to the central axis of the container. Each group of three corners is a part of the corners forming a cross-section of a regular enneagon and being connected to either the shoulder portion or the bottom portion, and the lines connecting these three corners form a regular triangle. Each group of three pillars is a part of the pillars belonging to the body and forming a cross-section of a hexagon, and the lines connecting these three pillars form a regular triangle.If there is a pressure drop inside the container due to a decrease in the temperature of the contents, stress builds up inside the body of the container in such a way that the body deforms into a regular triangular prism, with vertically aligned corners/pillars serving as the three angles. As a result, the container has an enhanced level of strength against the force coming from any direction. With the shape stabilized, the container has also high resistance to buckling.

摘要: Side wall surface of an orbiting piston and inner wall surface of a cylinder define therebetween a plurality of working chambers, a space for compressing (discharging) a working fluid is defined between spaces for sucking thereinto the working fluid among the working chambers in any operating condition, and one of end plates, between which the orbiting piston is axially interposed, is formed with suction ports or discharge ports while the other of end plates, opposing the end plate formed with the suction or discharge ports, is formed with holes, whereby it is possible to provide a highly efficient and reliable displacement fluid machine which can stabilize pressure balance in the working chambers, and which can greatly reduce fluid loss during discharge stroke.

摘要: A hermetic rotary compressor has a motor unit composed of a stator and a rotor which are arranged in an upper portion of a hermetic housing, an oil-lubricated compressor unit arranged in a lower portion of the hermetic housing, a crank shaft which interconnects said motor unit and said compressor unit, a discharging silencer which is formed by a lower bearing of the compressor unit positioned around the lower end of the crank shaft and a cover of the lower bearing. The hermetic rotary compressor further has a lower balancing weight mounted around a lower shaft end portion of the crank shaft which extends to a position below the discharging silencer and a weight cup surrounding the lower balancing weight. In this hermetic rotary compressor, the lower balancing weight is not disposed within the discharging silencer. Hence, even is the gas-liquid mixture of refrigerant is discharged from the discharging valve into the silencer chamber in the start-up or during liquid-back operation of the compressor, there is no risk that the lower balancing weight undesirably stirs such a fluid.

摘要: An orbiting fluid machine has a feature that the speed of sliding movement is low, while vibrations are small, its performance is lowered when the rotational speed becomes high, and this problem is resolved by the following structure. A displacement fluid machine includes a displacer making an orbital motion within a casing into which a working fluid is drawn, thereby drawing and discharging the working fluid, in which an oil retaining mechanism or a seal mechanism is provided at each of opposite end surfaces of the displacer. This results that, axial gaps at the end surfaces of the displacer are effectively sealed so as to reduce a leakage loss, thereby achieving a high performance and a high reliability.

摘要: A rotary compressor has a compression chamber defined by a rolling piston which is eccentrically rotated in a cylinder by a rotary shaft including an eccentric crank portion, and by a blade which slides in a groove formed in the cylinder and of which the tip contacts an outer-peripheral surface of the rolling piston. In such a rotary compressor, abnormal wear in the contact portion between the rolling piston and the blade can be prevented as follows: Assuming that the rotation angle of the rolling piston when the blade is located at a start position of reciprocating motion is zero degrees, the contact surface of the blade which is in contact with the rolling piston is formed to have a curvature of substantially zero and as a flat surface when the rotation angle of the rolling piston is about 90 degrees and about 270 degrees and the pressing force of the blade with respect to the rolling piston reaches the maximum value; and also, a material which has an elastic modulus lower than that of the material of the rolling piston which is highly self-lubricative is used for the blade.

摘要: A plurality of vane chambers on the back side of vanes are caused to function as pump chambers using the reciprocating movement of the vanes to pressure-feed a lubricating oil to a compressor mechanism unit. A taper hole at one of the vane chambers for drawing the lubricating oil, a hole on another chamber for mitigating back pressure and a taper hole between the chambers are provided to improve the pressure feeding capability. In addition, the lubricating oil having been supplied to the compressor mechanism unit is supplied to the slide surfaces of crank portions from an oil hole of each crank portion through an oil passage at the center of the rotating shaft and is further distributed optimally to slide bearing portions by oil guide grooves. A horizontal multiple cylinder rotary compressor is thereby provided, which employs an oil supplying structure capable of supplying lubricating oil stably and at an optimal distribution, which provides high reliability and high efficiency and by which vibration is reduced and space is saved.
