摘要： The present invention provides an image forming device, which facilitates maintenance and replacement of an intermediate transfer body and an image carrier, and prevents a deterioration in image quality which accompanies the formation of the intermediate transfer body and the image carrier as separate structures, having an image carrier on which a toner image is formed, and an intermediate transfer body conveying the toner image, which is formed on the image carrier, to a transfer medium, the image forming device including a supporting frame in which the intermediate transfer body is mounted, a suspension portion suspending the image carrier at the supporting frame to face the image carrier to the intermediate transfer body, and an attaching/removing portion at which the supporting frame is installed, and which is for attaching and removing the supporting frame to and from a device main body of the image forming device.

摘要： A developing apparatus includes: a housing having an opening that opens towards an image carrier onto which an electrostatic latent image is formed, a developer accommodating unit in which a developer is accommodated, and a connecting hole connecting with the developer accommodating unit; a developer carrier that carries the developer accommodated in the developer accommodating unit and transports the developer to a developing region in opposition to the image carrier; a sheet member that is provided in the developer accommodating unit and seals the continuous hole; and an insertion hole that is formed in the housing and allows the sheet member to be inserted through when the sheet member is pulled out, wherein the insertion hole has a shape having ends which are more distant from the connecting hole than parts of the shape other than the ends.

摘要： In assembling a rotor into a small electric rotary machine, a spacer made of resinous material is provided to have an ideal axial play for the rotor. When the rotor is assembled into a housing, the resinous spacer is made to be soft enough to allow encroachment of the rotor shaft end until the rotor is placed in the right place. Thereafter, the spacer is made hard enough to support the axial movement of the rotor when the motor operates. Since the resinous spacer shrinks after hardening it provides an ideal axial play for the rotor.
