    摘要: A binding lace for a novel automatic binder developed by the present inventors is disclosed. The binding lace is continuously thrusted from only one side of the binding lace into a lace guide positioned around an object to be bound and then travels while sliding along the lace guide without buckling to form loops of several turns overlapping each other. During travelling, the binding lace is sent in the lace guide without standing still, due to the properties of an outer portion and a core portion of the binding lace, while the binding lace always expands elastically outwardly in radial direction of the lace guide due to the larger rigidity and tensile stress of the core portion to hold a looped configuration with the loops having substantially the same diameter as the lace guide. After travelling stops, the binding lace is capable of holding the same diameter of the loops and a tip portion of the binding lace is held in the neighborhood of the overlap of the loops. The binding lace is pulled back to wind around the material to be bound. It has sufficient friction and elasticity in the outer portion of the binding lace, so that the tip portion of the binding lace is held by the bound material and at least one loop of the lace. In addition, the binding lace exerts a large tightening force by the core portion thereof, sufficient for binding a bundle of electric wires and gives a stable binding condition for a long time due to the outer portion thereof.

    摘要: A hand-held pollinator comprising a casing having a pump mechanism mounted therein. A pollen storage container is removably attached to the casing and a discharge conduit from the pump extends into the pollen storage chamber for pressurizing same. A powder discharge conduit has the inner end thereof in communication with the chamber and has a nozzle on the outer end thereof for permitting pollen entrained in an airstream to be discharged therethrough when the pump mechanism is energized. An enlarged conical cover can be mounted to surround the discharge nozzle if desired. The housing has a power source, such as a battery, mounted thereon and has a movable trigger which, when manually depressed, electrically connects the power source to a motor associated with the pump mechanism.

    摘要: A high temperature steam valve has a valve casing including a main steam inlet, a main steam outlet and a valve chest. The high temperature steam valve also has a valve seat positioned in the valve chest, a valve element facing the valve seat, and a valve rod slidably penetrating the valve casing to drive the valve element. A cooling steam hole is provided to surround a valve-rod penetrating portion of the valve casing. Cooling steam can be poured into the cooling steam hole from outside through a cooling steam inlet hole and steam having finished heat exchange can be exhausted from a cooling steam outlet hole into the valve chest. The sliding portion between the valve rod provided in the valve-rod penetrating portion of the valve casing and bush is cooled to prevent oxidized scale from depositing on the sliding portion.
