    摘要: A fuel cell includes a cell unit and a manifold capable of collecting electric current. The cell unit includes a tube support composed of a conductive material, a unit cell laminated on an outer surface of the tube support, and a current collection layer laminated on an outer surface of the unit cell. The manifold includes an inner tube supplying gas into and electrically connected with the tube support, and an outer tube provided outside the inner tube and electrically connected with the current collection layer. By the provision of a current-collectable manifold, a separate metal form or metal wire for current collection is not required.

The hydrogen generator, hydrogen storage tank, and power generator are stacked on one another and are integrally assembled by a plurality of clips, each of which has lower and upper ends fastened to a lower groove formed on a lower surface of the hydrogen generator and to an upper groove formed on an upper surface of the power generator, respectively, exerting strength for integral fixing.

    摘要: A high capacity micro fuel cell system for supplying power to a portable device. A fuel supply includes a fuel inlet formed at one side of a substrate and a gas outlet formed at the other side of the substrate. A pair of cell units are disposed at opposed sides of the substrate of the fuel supply, and each of the cell units includes catalyst layers and an electrolyte layer between the catalyst layers to generate current with fuel. Outer substrates are disposed at outer sides of the cell units, each of the substrates having through holes formed therein to define at least one oxygen supply for supplying oxygen to the electrolyte layers of the cell units. A holder integrally assembles the fuel supply, the cell units and the oxygen supply. The fuel cell system supplies high-capacity power to power supplies of portable electronic devices and can be mass-produced at low costs.

The manifold which is essentially manufactured to supply fuel to a solid oxide fuel cell is used to simply collect current from the fuel cell even without an additional current collector being used, and is configured such that unit fuel cells disposed in the manifold are connected in series.
