When a lithium metal negative electrode having a capacity of 3,860 mAh/g is used instead of a graphite negative electrode having a capacity of 372 mAh/g to improve the energy density of a lithium secondary battery, the energy density can be improved approximately 10 times. However, the lithium metal negative electrode has a disadvantage in that dendrite is formed according to repeated cycles, the battery is short circuited, and as a result, the secondary battery explodes. The dendrite significantly reduces the capacity and lifespan of the secondary battery. The present invention effectively inhibits the growth of dendrites and improves the capacity and lifespan of the secondary battery by coating lithium metal with a polymer with a functional group having an oxygen atom in the molecular structure to which free radical is attached. The above polymer has a high rate of charge transfer during the electrochemical reaction and transfers lithium ions to lithium metal by ion exchange.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a new type of composite solid electrolyte for improving the safety and electrochemical properties of a secondary battery, and an all-solid-state battery using the same. An ion conductive ceramic and a polymer are mixed with a solvent to make a slurry, and then a net structure is formed through electrospinning. After drying, a liquid electrolyte is absorbed into the pores to produce a composite solid electrolyte composed of a ceramic, a polymer, and a liquid electrolyte with excellent electrical conductivity. The composite solid electrolyte having such a structure can improve not only the safety of a secondary battery but also the electrochemical properties of a secondary battery.

Disclosed is a sequence similarity measuring apparatus and a method of controlling the same. The sequence similarity measuring apparatus using dynamic programming includes: a matrix generating unit for generating a matrix based on the dynamic programming by using two sequences; a normalization unit for calculating a similarity reference value by inputting an element value of a last row/column of the matrix generated by the matrix generating unit into a normalization formula for a given sequence length; and a similarity measuring unit for measuring predefined sequence similarity between the two sequences, based on the similarity reference value calculated by the normalization unit. This makes it possible to easily and correctly achieve similarity comparison between multiple sequences, and thus this technology is expected to be widely utilized in biology/programming application fields.
