摘要： An electric motor, especially a brushless PMDC motor, has a stator and a rotor rotatably installed inside of the stator. The stator has a housing with an open end, an end cap fixed to the open end of the housing, a stator core fixed to an inner surface of the housing, and windings wound on the stator core. The rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnetic poles. The housing has a flange bent inwardly from the open end of the housing and abutting against the end cap inwardly and axially to thereby fix the end cap to the housing. The length of the flange measured along the circumferential direction of the housing is greater than half of that of the housing.

摘要： A permanent magnet motor has a rotor and a stator. The rotor has a shaft, a rotor core and commutator fixed to the shaft, and rotor windings wound about poles of the rotor core and electrically connected to the commutator. The stator has an axially extending round housing, a ring magnet member fixed to an inner surface of the round housing, an endcap, and at least one pair of brushes in sliding contact with the commutator. A chamber is formed by the housing and the endcap. The commutator is disposed in the chamber. A window lift device incorporating the motor is also provided.

摘要： A cooling device includes an inner sleeve with an outer surface, an outer sleeve surrounding the inner sleeve, and two end portions extending between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve at the ends. The inner sleeve, the outer sleeve and the end portions define a peripheral space. A flow guiding structure defines N channels in the peripheral space for coolant to flow, where N is an integer equal to or greater than 1. Each channel has at least two branches, and N pairs of inlet and outlet corresponding to the N channels. The branches of each channel are in fluid communication with a respective pair of inlet and outlet. Each branch extends over a half circumferential part of the outer surface of the inner sleeve. An electric motor incorporating the cooling device is also provided.

摘要： A cooling device includes an inner sleeve with an outer surface, an outer sleeve surrounding the inner sleeve, and two end portions extending between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve at the ends. 摘要： A brushless motor has a stator and a rotor rotatably installed inside of the stator. The stator includes a stator core with teeth protruding inwardly and windings wound on the teeth. The rotor includes a shaft, a rotor core fixed on the shaft, and a ring magnet fixed to the circumferential outer surface of the rotor core. The magnet includes a plurality of magnetic poles radially magnetized so that north poles and south poles are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction. Boundary lines between magnetic poles are skewed by an angle relative to an axis of the shaft.

摘要： An electric motor has a wound stator and a permanent magnet rotor. The rotor includes a shaft, a hub fixed on the shaft, a plurality of rotor core segments and magnets fixed around the hub, and a pair of covers fixed to axial ends of the rotor core segments. The hub and covers are formed on the rotor core segments by inserting molding and one of the covers has openings to allow the magnets to be inserted into spaces formed between adjacent rotor core segments such that the rotor core segments and magnets are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction of the rotor.
