摘要： An electric motor, especially a brushless PMDC motor, has a stator and a rotor rotatably installed inside of the stator. The stator has a housing with an open end, an end cap fixed to the open end of the housing, a stator core fixed to an inner surface of the housing, and windings wound on the stator core. The rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnetic poles. The housing has a flange bent inwardly from the open end of the housing and abutting against the end cap inwardly and axially to thereby fix the end cap to the housing. The length of the flange measured along the circumferential direction of the housing is greater than half of that of the housing.

摘要： A power tool has a handle and a body. The handle is provided with a battery. A motor is fixed inside a shell of the tool. An impeller is driven by the motor to create an air current to cool the motor and the battery. A plurality of air outlets are formed in the shell at a position corresponding to the impeller. An air current channel is formed inside the handle and the body and connected to the environment via holes in an enclosure of the battery. A part of the air current passes through the air current channel to cool the battery before reaching the motor.

摘要： An electric motor has a stator and a rotor rotatably mounted in the stator. The stator includes a stator core and stator windings. A heat dissipating device is mounted around an outer surface of the stator core and configured to absorb heat there from. The heat dissipating device includes a base mounted around the stator core and a plurality of fins extending outwardly from the base in the radial direction. Electronic components are mounted on the heat dissipating device. A fan is mounted on a shaft of the rotor for generating a flow of air inside the stator and through slots between the fins to thereby cool the rotor, stator core, stator windings and electronic components.

摘要： A power tool has a casing and a motor assembly installed within the casing. The motor assembly comprises a motor, a heat dissipation device, a fan and a guiding member. The motor has a stator and a rotor. The heat dissipation device has an annular heat absorbing section which is fitted to a housing of the stator and a plurality of fins extending from the heat absorbing section for dissipating heat. 摘要： Brush gear of a motor has a brush card with a plurality of brushes installed at one side thereof. Each brush is electrically connected with a connector. Two motor terminations provide power to the brushes via the corresponding connectors and at least one wire connects two of the connectors. Each of said two of the connectors has a hole to receive one end of the wire and at least two fingers extends from an edge of the hole inclined toward the axis of the hole, such that when the end of the wire extends through the hole, the fingers are resiliently deformed and grip the wire to prevent withdrawal of the wire from the hole.
