    摘要： The Priority Filter View (PFV) provides a set of visual forms which allow for the user to interactively display, query, filter, sort, organize and disseminate information. This is done by exposing the relationships to the user without necessarily having to visually depict them. These relationships are often displayed with common graphical user interfaces which replicate the exact hierarchal data structures which exist in XML and folder style file systems. The PFV does not impose those rigid limitations, allowing the user to dictate the order in which content is filtered and displayed.

    摘要： A process for adhering a decorative pattern to a flat or multi-dimensional solid involves a heat transfer powder that is sprayed or brushed onto the surface to which the image is to be applied. A design in sublimate ink is placed on a transfer film. The ink particles convert directly to gas without passing through a liquid state. The gas converts directly to a solid upon cooling filling in the gaps or pores in the heat transfer polymer. A rigid fixture is provided which has a top, front and sides onto to which solid to be decorated are snugly fit by the fixture. A solid cap which may have a soft felt-type material on the inside, which is designed to push the film in tight and level contact with the solid surface to which the design is to be imprinted may be used.

A format command is received within the device from the host. A command complete response is then transmitted to the host before the device has completed being formatted.     摘要： A unique identification number is stored in the electronic card that is attached to a disk drive, as well as in a reserved location on the disk itself. This ID number is initialized at head-disk assembly and a match between the two ID numbers is necessary for access to the data on the disk, although not for repairs to the mechanisms themselves. When a disk containing sensitive data is to be removed from a customer site, a technician briefly removes the disk and applies a jumper to specific contacts on the drive, then reinserts the drive and powers it up. This causes the ID on the electronic card to be erased, rendering the data on the drive unreadable. When the drive reaches a repair facility, the erased ID number ensures that the disk will be reformatted before being reused.

An example method includes illuminating a first phosphor layer on a substrate with light having a first wavelength, wherein the first phosphor layer has luminescent properties such that when it is illuminated by light having the first wavelength, it emits light having a second wavelength, the first phosphor layer is divided into a first two-dimensional grid of cells arranged in a first spatial pattern, wherein each cell of the first phosphor layer corresponds to one bit of an identification code, a first portion of the first phosphor layer is removed from a first number of cells of the first two-dimensional grid of cells to expose the substrate for the first number of cells, capturing a first image of the light emitted by the first phosphor layer having the second wavelength, determining whether the first phosphor layer is authentic based on the first image, and determining the identification code based on the first image.
