摘要: A station (STA), when operating as a responding STA (RSTA) for time-synchronization of a plurality of initiating STAs (ISTAs) in a time-synchronized network (TSN), may determine, during a negotiation phase, whether each of the ISTAs that intend to participate in one or more measurement phases are requesting to be polled or are requesting not to be polled. For the ISTAs that are requesting to be polled, the RSTA may perform a polling phase prior to performing each of the one or more measurement phases. For the ISTAs that are requesting not to be polled, the RSTA may refrain from performing a polling phase prior to performing each of the one or more measurement phases. The RSTA can directly trigger the measurement phase for ISTAs that are requesting not to be polled. By grouping ISTAs into polling and non-polling groups, efficiency improvements are achieved.

摘要: An apparatus of a station (STA) includes memory and processing circuitry coupled to the memory. The processing circuitry is to detect a first peer-to-peer (p2p) wireless communication link of the STA is active within a wireless TSN network. A wireless link information element corresponding to the first p2p wireless communication link is encoded for transmission to an AP. The wireless link information element includes at least one attribute of the first p2p wireless communication link. A gate control list (GCL) received from the AP is decoded. The GCL originates from a central network controller (CNC) of the wireless TSN network, and the GCL is based on the at least one attribute in the wireless link information element. Transmission and reception schedules of the first p2p wireless communication link are configured based on the GCL.

摘要: An apparatus of a station (STA) includes memory and processing circuitry coupled to the memory. The processing circuitry is to decode an MSDU received at a MAC layer of the STA, the MSDU including a data packet and descriptor metadata. A DSCP tag and launch time information are detected in the descriptor metadata. The launch time information indicates a desired transmission time of the data packet. The data packet is placed in a first transmission queue of a plurality of transmission queues of the MAC layer based on the DSCP tag. A scheduled transmission time of at least a second transmission queue of the plurality of transmission queues is determined to conflict with the desired transmission time. The scheduled transmission time is adjusted based on the launch time information. The data packet is encoded for transmission by the desired transmission time using a wireless communication channel.

摘要: An access point (AP) may be configured by processing circuitry to operate as a coordinator AP for performing BSS channel level coordination. The coordinator AP is configured to assign non-overlapping channels to one or more coordinated APs of overlapping BSSs to schedule time-sensitive traffic to help ensure bounded latency, jitter and reliability per BSS. In some embodiments, the AP may be configured for performing transmission level coordination and may initiate a coordinated transmission opportunity (TXOP) for resource assignment to control contention access among managed BSSs. To perform the BSS channel level coordination, the coordinator AP is configured to encode a multi-AP trigger frame (M-TF) to initiate the coordinated TXOP. The M-TF may be encoded to include a time-sensitive operation IE indicating how each STA is to access the channel within the coordinated TXOP.

摘要: Systems and techniques for locating a radio transmission source by scene reconstruction are described herein. A multipath radio signal—comprised of two or more multipath components—may be received at an antenna array. A collection of angle-of-arrival (AoA) values may be created from the multipath components. Thus, each AoA in the collection corresponds to one of the multipath components. An optical image of the environment may be obtained and possible reflective surfaces for the multipath components identified in the optical image. A set of paths may be created in a model of the environment by backtracking from the antenna array along the AoAs in the collection of AoA values. Here, the backtracking simulates reflections of the ray off of the surfaces identified in the optical image. A transmitter of the multipath radio signal may then be located via the set of paths.

A device may identify, using an 802.3 protocol stack, an 802.3 frame received from a second device using a wired Ethernet connection, and extract, using the 802.3 protocol stack, a redundancy tag from the 802.3 frame, the redundancy tag including a sequence number. The device may generate, using an 802.11 protocol stack, an 802.11 frame with a subnetwork access protocol (SNAP) field, the SNAP field including an organizationally unique identifier (OUI) and the sequence number, the OUT including an indication of an Ethertype protocol. The device may send the 802.11 frame using a wireless connection.
