摘要:
A method of creating a flat-round tube-to-header joint in a CuproBraze heat exchanger wherein the flat-round tube-to-header joint is disposed between a tube and a header having a generally circular opening having a first predetermined diameter formed on a first side thereof for receiving one end of a tube, and provides at least one generally circular end having a second predetermined diameter on the tube to fit into the generally circular opening of in the header. The method further provides a predetermined temper on at least one generally circular end which is at least sufficient to enable cold working of at least one generally circular end to prevent premature failures of the flat-round tube-to-header joint. The flat-round tube-to-header joint is formed by inserting one end of the tube into the first side of the header and forming the flat-round tube-to-header joint between one end of the tube and the header.

The present invention provides a method of at least one of increasing airflow around a plurality of tubes in a heat exchanger, and increasing the web in a header around such plurality of tubes, wherein the method includes the steps of providing a predetermined plurality of tubes having a predetermined end configuration, and a header having a predetermined number of openings. The predetermined number of openings are configured in a predetermined staggered array corresponding to the predetermined plurality of tubes, disposed in a heat exchanger. Finally, the method secures an end of each predetermined plurality of tubes into the predetermined number of openings in said header.

The present invention provides a method of increasing thermal efficiency around a plurality of tubes in a heat exchanger. The method comprises the steps of providing a plurality of tubes having a predetermined end configuration and a header having a number of openings corresponding to the plurality of tube. The openings are disposed in an end-to-end array wherein the predetermined end configurations touch. Finally the method secures an end of each of the plurality of tubes into a corresponding one of each of the openings in the header.

A method of securing a plurality of oblong tubes into a plurality of circular openings in a header of a CT or Serpentine style fin core exchanger. One end of each tube is shaped into a circle, inserted into a circular opening in the header and bonded into place thus forming a Flat-Round joint.

A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is described that has both passive RFID tag features and active RFID tag features. In one example, the tag has a first radio transponder to transmit by backscattering a received signal, a second radio transponder to operate on a multiple access wireless network, and a connection from the first radio transponder and to the second radio transponder to transfer information about communications over the multiple access wireless network from the first radio transponder to the second radio transponder.

A method for automatically adding citation information to a document, the method comprising: detecting an occurrence of a copy operation in a metadata aware application; capturing citation metadata associated with the copied material in the metadata aware application; detecting a paste command in a metadata aware word processing application; determining a document type from the metadata aware word processing application; formatting the captured citation metadata in response to the document type, the formatting including assigning tags to the citation metadata; and providing the formatted citation metadata to the metadata aware word processing application for generation a citation information.

A system and method are disclosed for selective processing of calls using alternative network telephony. Called party data is received indicating a destination to which a calling party using a local telephone equipment desires to place a call. It is determined transparently to the calling party whether the called party data satisfies a first criteria for completing calls via alternative network telephony. The call is completed using alternative network telephony if it is determined that the called party data satisfies the first criteria. The call is completed via the public switched telephone network (PSTN) if it is determined that the called party data does not satisfy the first criteria.

Method and systems for transferring data from a sending device to a receiving device. The method starts with the preparation of a description of the structure of the data which is provided to the sending device and the receiving device. A reference model of the data structure is created on each of the sending and receiving devices, during run time, using the description of the data. As requested, instances of the reference model are created with the data on the sending device. The data in the instance is serialized by extracting the data and transferred from the sending device to the receiving device. The receiving device creates an instance of the data based on the reference model.
