    摘要: Process for the continuous coating of a strip of paper or of a textile support using a silicone composition, comprising at least one POS A containing SiVi or SiOR groups, a POS B containing SiH groups and a catalyst C (for hydrosilylation or for dehydrogeno-condensation) and not corresponding to an LTC/FC silicone system, the said process comprising the following steps: step 1 in which conditions for homogeneously mixing the constituents A, B and C are used such that the homogeneity obtained is reflected by a DSC signature comprising a Gaussian peak for which the peak end temperature T3 is in the range from a value above 110° C. to 200° C., the said conditions making use of means for very precisely metering the constituents, means for premixing the constituents other than C and means for homogeneously mixing C with the premix(es) prepared; step 2 of conveying the homogeneous mixture to the coating site; step 3 of coating the support with the homogeneous mixture; and step 4 of crosslinking, in particular with thermal means.

    摘要: The invention concerns a silicone/adhesive complex comprising at least a silicone coating applied on a first support and an adhesive coating applied on a second support, and whereof the release force of a silicone/adhesive interface is capable of being modulated.     摘要: The invention relates to a process for combating the appearance of mist (misting) during the coating of flexible supports with at least one liquid silicone (RTV polyaddition) composition which is a precursor of silicone coating(s) using a roll coating device operating at high speed. The targeted aim is to increase the speed of appearance of the misting and subsequently to improve the appearance, the coverage and the mechanical properties of the silicone coating and industrial hygiene. For this, use is made of a liquid coating composition obtained by mixing: a silicone phase comprising one or more POSs (A) and optionally one or more (crosslinking) compound(s) (B), the viscosity &eegr; of which at 25° C. is between 100 and 800 mPa·s; with 1 to 10% by weight of noncellulose antimist particles (talc, silica, kaolin, TiO2), the D50 (in &mgr;m) of which is: 0.01≦D50≦2; and optionally with a liquid (D)—water/solvent.
