摘要: Treated perlite-based cementitious materials, concrete, and related techniques are disclosed. In accordance with some embodiments, a treated perlite-based cementitious material may be produced by intergrinding raw perlite ore, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) powder, a polycarboxy late material, and (optionally) at least one of calcium sulfate (CaSO4) and calcium sulfite (CaSO3). In accordance with some embodiments, expanded perlite wastes and/or expanded perlite also may be included in the cementitious material. In accordance with some embodiments, raw perlite ore, expanded perlite wastes, and expanded perlite may be combined in providing a cementitious material. In at least some cases, the cementitious material may be provided as an all-in-one powder blend. In accordance with some embodiments, concrete may be produced by mixing the cementitious material with ordinary Portland cement (OPC), sand, rock, and water.

摘要: The present invention relates to an improved drywall finish and joint compound comprised of a mixture of fractured aluminum oxide, glass bead, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, magnesium aluminum phyllosilicate, aluminum silicate hydroxide, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, metamorphic mineral, sodium bicarbonate, silicon and aluminides, talc, kaolin, and metal oxide. The improved drywall finish and joint compound is capable of adhering to drywall, wood, concrete, brick, stone, steel and other surfaces, and can be applied using a conventional trowel or similar device, cures quickly, and eliminates the need for taping and bedding. The compound saves extensive time and labor when installing, repairing or working with drywall.

摘要: The present disclosure provides designs and methods for manufacturing precast fully-encapsulated bilayered fiberglass Styro-aircrete building blocks. The disclosure comprises forming a super-light air-entrained Styro-aircrete building panel for a wall, roof, or beam. The Styro-aircrete is made with a novel composition/formula using shredded Styrofoam and other traditional Styro-aircrete ingredients that are mixed. Wire meshes and fiberglass fibers are pre-embedded in the panel frame to keep the structure in place. The Styro-aircrete is poured into a fiberglass panel frame from an opening, set aside to dry for a few days, and then sealed with a fiberglass cover. This frame and cover are double-layered fiberglass and form an all six-side enclosed casing. The method and designs improve a Styro-aircrete building block with the following: (1) much lighter weight; (2) longed durability; (3) increased compressive strength for load-bearing support; (4) reduced cost and installation time.

摘要: Methods of forming composite block briquettes of prefabricated thinsets, grouts, and self-leveling underlayment products having high sand content, and the resultant composite block briquettes. Processing conditions within a compacting tool are controlled to generate a press force that is applied to a prefabricated cementitious product having a high sand content, whereby the press force enables formation of sustainable prefabricated product briquettes having a high sand content. The controlled compacting processing conditions and parameters of the invention generate usable briquettes that break up and form the intended resultant product of the starting prefabricated cementitious product.

摘要: This invention discloses a double-liquid grouting slurry, its technology and application for super large diameter underwater shield engineering under high water pressure condition. The materials of slurry I are: 35-45 parts of cement clinker; 15-25 parts of slag; 24-35 parts of fly ash; 15-25 parts of steel slag; 5-15 parts of bentonite; 4-10 parts of limestone tailing; 0.3-2.0 parts of water reducing agent; 0.5-2.5 parts of cellulose. The materials of slurry II are: 0.2-3.8 parts of short-cut fiber; 96-99 parts of sodium silicate solution; 0.8-4.8 parts of viscous polymers. This invention generates the double-liquid slurry preparation process including crushing-screening-milling-group mixing-grouped mixing at different speeds, the volume ratio of slurry I and II is 1:1-10:1 during grouting, and the slurry is injected into the shield void through the six-point position technology at the shield tail and 3+2+1 segment splicing synchronous grouting techniques.

摘要: A panel has a gypsum matrix, in which the following additives are embedded: glass fibre in an amount greater than 1 wt % relative to the gypsum and a synthetic polymeric binder in an amount greater than 2.5 wt % relative to the gypsum. The glass fibre and synthetic polymeric binder are present in a weight ratio of at least 2 parts binder to one part fibre. The amount of sand present in the gypsum matrix lies in the range 0-0.5 wt % relative to the gypsum. The amount of cellulosic fibre present in the gypsum matrix lies in the range 0-2 wt % relative to the gypsum.

摘要: The invention relates to photocatalytic compositions, e.g. cement-based photocatalytic compositions, and the uses thereof for obtaining water paints. There is provided a photocatalytic composition, which comprises: (a) at least one inorganic binder; (b) at least one photocatalyst; (c) at least one cellulose with very low viscosity; (d) at least one fluidizing agent; (e) at least one first calcareous filler in the form of particles of which at least 95% by weight has a dimension not greater than 40 μm; (f) at least one second calcareous filler in the form of particles of which at least 95% by weight has a dimension not greater than 20 μm; (g) at least one thermal insulator material comprising hollow ceramic spheres with sub-mm diameters, and (h) glass bubble borosilicate microspheres.
