    摘要： A device for controlling propulsive gas mixing at an outlet of an aircraft jet engine, wherein propulsive jets are composed of a hot primary jet exiting from a nozzle of the jet engine and a secondary flux flowing between an external wall of the nozzle and an internal wall of the jet engine including a divergent trailing edge on the wall that generates conditions of a separation of the primary jet close to an existence limit value and a primary jet controller that enables control of passage of the primary jet from a separated state to a reattached state, and vice versa.

    摘要： In the disclosed example, an Intelligence Management System (IMS) collects data pertaining to operations of resources of various document processing environments operated by different entities into a database. The IMS processes data from the database according to criteria, to generate at least one anonymous performance metric representing operational performance of resources within a number of the document processing environments. The anonymous metric may be presented to a user, such as personnel of one of the operating entities. If the user has sufficient access privileges, the IMS may also generate a similar client specific metric from data for one or more environments with which the user is associated, for example, to allow benchmark comparison of the operational performance of the associated environment(s) against the anonymous performance metric.

    摘要： In order to minimize a bandwidth required for the transfers of communication network administration information, said information relating to objects pertaining to hardware, software or network operation elements, catalogued in an administration information base (11) and with each of which is associated a formal language specification, the system comprises a translator module (10). The module (10) is designed to generate on the basis of the specification for each object, a pair of words the value of whose first word pertains to an indication of the object and the value of whose second word pertains to an information length of the object. The module (10) is also designed to generate one or more templates comprising an ordered set of pairs of words and an identifier, making it possible to subsequently send an ordered string of information corresponding to each template.

    摘要： An integrated circuit comprises a power device located on a die. The power device is operably coupled to a processing function, wherein the signal processing function is operably coupled to two or more temperature sensors. A first temperature sensor is operably coupled to the power device to measure a temperature of the power device and the second temperature sensor is located, such that it measures a substantially ambient temperature related to the die. The signal processing function determines the temperature gradient therebetween.In this manner, improved reliability of the integrated circuit and power device is obtained, as the power device utilises the fact that its thermo-mechanical stress reliability strongly depends upon the temperature gradient across the die rather than the number of times it reaches an excessive temperature.
